In this regard, a literature has been developed, which is entirely dependent on abuse experienced by domestic violence survivors with the aim of ascertaining the result of such abuses and aftermath. Abasement in terms of domestic violence is becoming a major factor of concern for the society. Through reviewing the report, knowledge regarding the current situation of women, who are facing or suffering from the acute abuses has been identified. In this research study, few methods or methodology has been selected, which are particularly used for ascertaining the actual objective of the proposed research. Accordingly, evaluation has been made about the fatal condition of those women, who are recognized to be the prime victims of domestic violence. The research study also explains about how the group support by the community will be helpful in designing the programs of empowering the victims of domestic violence. It has also observed that in this research study, key attention has been made over the group of black minority women living in Europe. Data has been collected for reckoning the rate of domestic violence, which has been collected through surveys. On the other hand, a number of methods have been adopted that has proved to be very supportive in nature (Seeley & Plunkett, 2011). In this research study, two methods have been selected which include a qualitative method and a quantitative method. It has been also identified that questionnaires has been developed depending on two different situations of those suffered victims. Two different sets of questionnaires have been developed for the suffered victims in order to obtain answers relating to their experiences earned from two different situations. The pre-assessment questionnaire was developed by applying a qualitative method for those women, who have suffered from domestic violence. Through collecting the answer from different questionnaires, decisions have been made about the present status of the women and about their mental status. In this regard, decisions have been made regarding the women who needed treatment session for their empowerment. After identifying the collected answers, a treatment session has been planned to be developed for those women who are victim of domestic violence. Through completing the treatment session, initiation has been made to explain about the advantages of group support for empowering those suffered women (Heise, 2011). The method adopted by the group has been regarded to be effective in nature. The key reason behind regarding that particular method to be effective, as it has proved to be very much helpful in ascertaining as well as understanding the actual reason of domestic violence. Through the study, it has been knowledgeable that black women of London are experiencing violence due to the immigration as well as asylum status. It has been also recognized that lack of proper support and proper public fund has been identified as a hindrance towards assisting victims of domestic violence. In this regard, those women who are vulnerable to violence exercised by their partners’ or husbands, families and from the community groups are seemed to be facing different issues in controlling their mental and health issues (Alguacil & et. al., 2003). It can be evaluated that the researchers were in the right track of satisfying the actual objective of the research study, but there are few limitations that has been identified during the research process. More specifically, it can be elaborated that the adoption of a qualitative approach in the pre- assessment questionnaire is very positive, but it has been ineffective to identify greater community perception relating to that particular factor as well as supports. The research study is entirely dependent upon the advantage of group support in order to design the programs for empowering the victims of domestic violence. In this context, the researchers need to develop a survey for acquiring greater knowledge regarding community or society (Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces, 2005). Conducting a survey in interest to develop a better knowledge about the perception of greater community people, a survey has been conducted by adopting a quantitative research. Therefore, adoption of a sample survey for identifying the community perception towards domestic violence is regarded to be very important for developing the programs relating to women empowerment for preventing domestic violence. This factor will be very beneficial for understanding the actual need for women empowerment. Moreover, it has been stated that most of the people are not paying focus over identifying the development process of women, who are suffering from domestic violence (World Health Organization, 2001). On the other hand, the group implemented several strategies to develop the condition of all the victims of domestic violence living within the European region. Through reviewing the research study, it can be ascertained that the approach of women empowerment, which is highly useful in generating awareness for providing support to the victims of domestic violence. It has also been recognized that through the empowerment programs, the victim will gain control over the lives as well as to bring changes in their living standard. In this regard, the group has adopted few strategies that can be helpful in preventing them from the attempt of domestic violence (Kyriacou & et. al., 2010). It has been observed that the group has taken the support from the general physicians in order to provide care as well as treatment to those victims. Apart from this, the researchers also decided to take assistance from the general health visitors along with the support from the local police for providing securities to the families as well as suspected who are victims of domestic violence. It has been also recognized that through the women empowerment program, the victims are also able to eradicate fear that has been proved to be very much helpful in encouraging those women to be powerful as well as intelligent as well as act as an independent model within the society. It has also been observed that those strategies, which has been implemented by the researchers are identified to be ineffective to a certain extent for developing the victimize women’s current status (Upadhyay, 2010). On the other hand, the researchers have failed to achieve the actual target for empowering the women through providing power (Upadhyay, 2010). It has also been observed that in order to empower the women by providing adequate supports, there are few effective strategies that are needed to be adopted or implemented. In this regard, the group should organize the session for providing education to the women. In this context, financial literacy is recognized to be very significant for the suffered women. It has also been noted that majority rate of domestic violence is the results of economic abuses. Therefore, women need to increase their knowledge regarding financial decision making process. The women should also improve their skill to be self-dependent person as well as also become stronger in nature. In this regard, the women should also develop a scenarios relating self-efficacy within the society (Chen & Avlzlenls, 1996). It has been also recognized that most the trauma focused intervention for reducing the impacts of domestic violence for the women’ health are also identified to be another major intervention of women empowerment. This intervention is also very useful in developing worse condition of the black women living within the society. Researchers have adopted two different research methodologies, which includes qualitative and quantitative research approach. In this research process, researchers were developed two different questionnaires for acquiring the answers relating to the perception of the community for empowering women, who are victim of domestic violence (Warshaw & et. al., 2013). Researchers maintained the reliability and validity of the findings of the proposed study by maintaining ethical consideration. Through the questionnaire, it has been knowledgeable that majority portion of the black women are prime victims of domestic violence. Surveys conducted by researchers provided relevant information about the numbers of women, who were actual sufferers of domestic violence. It has been also stated that during the questionnaire survey, the group maintained reliability within the research study (Martins & et. al., 2008). The research study is entirely based on the mixed approach, which included questionnaire. In this research study, the group acquired the data from reliable sources. The questionnaires include close-ended questions, which are highly efficient in identifying the participants’ understanding relating to their sufferings. The actual sources of information of the research study are the participants, who are victims of domestic violence (Alguacil & et. al., 2003). This research study is recognized to be valid for obtaining relevant data from both primary and secondary sources. In this research study, the group has adopted mixed approach for explaining the data, which are collected during the research study. Basically, validity indicates towards utility, dependability as well as trustworthiness of the collected data. On the other hand, most of the people, who are entirely related to the research study, have ascertained the reliability during the research process (García-Moreno & et.al, 2005). Another most important factor behind completing the research study is maintenance of ethical consideration within the research study. More specifically, it can be stated that ethical consideration is an inseparable part of the research paper or research study. It has been also recognized that the research study has to be familiar with the principle of ethics (Hawk & et. al., 2011). In this regard, the group needed to be more concerned about maintaining the ethical concern and its principle within the research process. It has been observed that all the participants were coded with codename and accordingly, the researchers are able to maintain the confidentiality during the research process. On the other hand, during developing the research process, the group has been able to learn about the actual situations as well as experiences of the women, who actually suffered from domestic violence. From the above study, it is also notified that the study is highly dependent upon the approaches of communal supports in order to develop the research project. The researchers also adopted approaches of group support for empowering the majority portion of women, who are the principle victim of domestic violence. On the other hand, the researchers also provided detailed overview for empowering as well as supporting in terms of financial as well as motivational supports to majority portions of the black women living in London, who have faced domestic violence (Heise, 2011). The research study is highly dependent upon the actual practice of domestic violence over the black women of London. It is also identified that the approaches of the group supports for developing the poorer conditions of the domestic violence victims , which is regarded to be one of the major positive influencers for women empowerment. In order to empower the black women of the UK, there is an approach, which has been made for the majority portion of the communal people of the region (Gupta, 2003). In this approach, the focus group decided to help the victimized women of domestic violence through group involvement. This process is beneficial for those women depicting signs as well as symptoms of domestic violence. Moreover, this process is also helpful in generating understanding and awareness amid the people about the negative consequences and impacts of domestic violence (Kass, 2001). Work of Proposed Research Reviewing the research study, it has been knowledgeable that this particular study is highly efficient in meeting the actual research objectives of the study. It has also been observed that the research process that has been used in this particular research processes are also useful in drawing the actual result of the study. Controlling the emotional involvement by including sensitivity of individuals’ feelings and provide a purposeful and appropriate response. This principle is recognized to be one of the most important principles in social work. Besides, it can be stated that acceptance, non-judgmental attitudes, self-determination and confidentiality are the major principles of the Biestek principle of social work. These principles are key aspects that are to be considered for a society in terms of empowering women (Barnard, 2008). On the other hand, the group with the assistance of different literature as well as scholarly articles of social work has been facilitated in understanding the effectiveness of empowering women. It has been also observed that most of the researchers are able to adopt social values as well as social ethics in order to provide the approaches related to the implementation of possible intervention for empowering women by providing required support as well as financial assistance. It has been also identified that the group approached for developing the financial condition of the women by providing them economic strength in an effective manner (Center for Survivor Agency and Justice, 2012). However, the group has been ineffective in providing brief overview relating to the strategy that can be helpful in developing the miserable condition of poor black women who live within the region of the UK. In this regard, the group needed to improve the strategies for providing the intervention for developing women’s condition through empowering the women as well as reducing domestic violence. In addition, the group has been identified to conduct the research study with the aim of having a better understanding about the sufferings and pains that are faced by the black women in London due to demotic violence. By reviewing the study, it can be stated that the research study concentrates over domestic violence and women empowerment. Based on the evaluation, it can be explained that the interventions of a research object is highly relevant with the theory of purposeful expression of feelings. Through the use of the methodology of purposeful expression of feelings, an individual will be able to understand the actual problem of the victim with the assistance of which social workers are able to provide required assistance to the women suffering from domestic violence. Accordingly, the social workers can devise practices based on social work for empowering women with the aim of protecting as well as safeguarding the rights of women. The research study conducted by the group with the use of both primary as well as secondary sources has been identified to be effective in providing effective interventions with the use of which care as well as treatment can be provided to the women, who have faced domestic violence. Furthermore, the findings of the study have been relevant in depicting the procedure based on which women can be empowered.
