It is clear that students must understand to enjoy the learning process and to become analytical thinkers. For instance, I would highly suggest e-learning software and applications that can be integrated into their learning environment. If a student struggled with an issue, I would hope that they have developed the necessary skillset to rectify that issue.

In these particular situations, it is crucial to utilize an alternative method of assessment to determine the students’ learning comprehension If students are not up to par with their academic proficiency, there will be drastic changes. For children to learn and excel in assessment testing is undoubtedly a struggle that is unquantifiable and difficult to overcome.  The first and foremost step will be to collaborate with parents, students, and teachers to understand the root cause of the problems. This also gives an excellent opportunity for everyone to address and raise the issues that are plaguing their learning. Moreover, the school will try to find other ways to assess the proficiency levels of students. Clearly, the “paper and pencil” model is not a clear indication of their performance. More focus will be dedicated to tutoring and teachers will get extra compensation to stay or come before school. Peer tutoring will be the embodiment of the school’s success. Lastly, the goal will be to bring professionals to school and discuss the importance of education in real-life scenarios. A strong push will be made by the school to develop a more “hands-on approach” in the dynamic learning environment. Younger students are further engaged in a process of collaboration and discovery as they explore the new spheres of the environment.
