After highlighting the real life hurdles that educators face in implementing change, Evans Robert has elaborated on how educators can execute such efforts that remain undiscovered and underutilized otherwise. The purpose of the book is to highlight such strategies that the educators may adopt to bring about change in schools. The book also addresses how people make judgments about what a school setting should be like, without having a complete understanding of what is actually going on in the school. In short, the book addresses unique challenges that school reform authorities and educators face while bringing about change in the education process.
