Topic: Question Based on the case studies the concept of leadership among teachers in any is quite powerful due to the fact that it is built on the conception of collegiality mainly in schools that tend to contribute to school effectives directly. Teacher leadership mainly recognizes the fact that all teachers in any institution can be leaders. Thus their ability to be able to lead represents a significant influence on the quality of the education that is provided in school. With regards to the case study ways must be looked at in order to encourage most of the teachers to participate actively in the school decision making (Wiles & Bondi, 2004).
Question 2
Great job satisfaction is something that most teachers do not experience especially those that lack formal responsibility. Based on the study the reason for this is because majority of the teachers do not embrace or engage themselves in some leadership training. Professional development activities that relate to leadership training help to train and equip all teachers with the required leadership capacity skills (Wiles & Bondi, 2004).
Question 3
Based on the study it is quite clear that any good and quality teacher leadership should be supported with collaborative school culture. There should be independent, adversarial or isolated relationship among teachers and also among the principals based on a traditional school setting. It is well noted that all school leaders should be aware of the fact that even though most adult relationships end up being thought of as social and superfluous such relationships may end up having influence on each aspect of the school. It is only when all adults tend to practice collaboration that the culture of that school can be a favourable condition for teacher leadership (Wiles & Bondi, 2004).
Question 4
With regards to the case study the principal is the only qualified person that can be able to facilitate the development of teachers with emphasis on their leadership skills. It is only when the principals in charge are well committed in ensuring that the aspect of collaborative culture is present that majority of the teachers will be able to give great contribution based on the set conditions. It is noted based on the research of the case study that majority of the teachers have been through professional situations that have focused on the legitimate power of principalship that has been regarded as intimidating. Principals that want the teachers under their guidance to be leaders must embrace the first step of ensuring that all the teachers are incorporated under the leadership fold (Wiles & Bondi, 2004).
Question 5
Based on the study, the training of teachers as well as the principals must focus on the importance of embracing teacher leadership which may be inform of release of the traditional roles, shared decision making and distribution of both influence and power throughout the schools (Wiles & Bondi, 2004).
Question 6
With regards to the studies, implication for the traditional schools mainly exists around developing the favourable conditions for the training of teacher leadership. Therefore, there is need to consider the tangible as well as the intangible support of the removal of any barriers that may become a concern to the school leaders. Another important area of concern is that all teachers must be greatly encouraged to take up risks that will lead to equal and proper distribution of power (Wiles & Bondi, 2004).

He is busy doing paperwork and ignoring what the lady is telling her. He does not show any sympathy at all but only wants the lady to wait for her turn; without bothering whether she has been waiting for over an hour. My views concerning this video is the worker was rude to the lady by the way he responded, by failing to maintain eye contact and doing other things when talked to and to some extent he was also not paying attention keenly.
