Benefits of studying at Rutgers Rutgers is an excellent for career development. It has the best learning environment in terms of classroom set up and the development of the various issues associated with personal development. The existence of sports groups and talent improvement groups in the society makes it easy to develop and achieve great potential out of the talents indicated. In fact, many students have been able to improve their talents and turn professional in football and other related tasks.

Therefore, in order to improve my skills, I will participate in co-curricular activities such as football and music. The university has students of diverse academic background, which is integral for cross-cultural communication strategy and success. Therefore, I believe that studying in the university will enable development and improvement of the communication skills. In spite of the diverse communication issues, I believe that personality development will be improved owing to the increase number of students enrolling for courses offered by the university.

Consequently, Different interest groups within the university offer an opportunity to develop leadership skills. Therefore, by engaging in leadership training and participation, I will be able to develop my leadership skills. In addition, the university offers training seminars and workshops on leadership which are effective in leadership training. Participatory leadership style can be achieved in the study environment because it offers the room for practice in the college. The university’s student organization offers a platform for socialization and talent identification which may be important in the process of achieving personal goals.

The social benefits of learning at Rutgers University include the participation in the curriculum development seminars, career development guidance and counseling. I would like to improve various aspect of both personal and social life. However, the only way or opportunity to improve personal skills is through professional development and interaction. Learning comes through interaction with various take holders and groups, which include the students, lecturers and other support staff. The learning environment provides increased interaction between the students that is vital for personal development.

The Rutgers’ learning environment is one of the best in the country owing to the best practices and traditions set by the university. Therefore, by learning through traditions and best practice procedures, I will be able to develop my skills and encourage interpersonal development. Learning from the rest of the student population will be effective in Rutgers University. The learning and skill development process and strategy employed by the college is superior and enables all students to develop their skills regardless of the course undertaken.

I know that studying in the university will encourage personal development and improve my talent. I have a music talent that has not been perfectly developed. Hence, I hope to develop the talent while in the university by participating in the music related activities of the university. In addition, I also participate in youth empowerment program targeting the developing countries that is related to global development and awareness. Through the university, I will be able to achieve global integration because learning institution can expand easier globally and the focus of the process is social and academic empowerment.

In summary, by joining the university, I will be able to improve my personal skills and increase participation on social development.
