Socialization: Socialization was perfectly observed through interaction between educators and participants through the learning process.4. Institutionalization: This could be understood in terms of the establishment of the educational workshop, per se; forming an institution within the community to serve a beneficial purpose.5. System Linkage: This aspect could be interpreted in terms of further links to society through learned applications that could be sold as products in communities, citizens, various organizations, and social groups.6. Social Control: Control is manifested through regulations, policies, and laws perpetuated by the educational program and that imposed by the local community to ensure order within the educational workshop and among educators and participants.
