 Mrs Blanchard’s international office is an affiliate with the said group.
The event this year was remarkably different from its earlier instances. The participation of many of the countries from the Middle East, India, Rest of Asia, Europe, and Africa, that had not participated earlier, made the event special. Then there were the special guests of honour whose presence increased the importance of the event manifolds. These special guests included the Mayor of Richmond who was attending the banquet for the first time, along with the honourable president of the Kentucky University.
