MENT APPLICATION FOR ILLINOIS IINSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY Finding the college or of one’s dream is no easy task. I believe that a college should be merely a gateway to a productive workforce. A college should be a place where students get educated on varieties of subjects in preparation to the wide range of challenges and opportunities that lies ahead in life. I have always been a curious person and enjoy reading all kinds of literature. I was not quite sure of what I wanted to major in when I first moved here. I was excited to be moving far from home and drawn by the beautiful weather here.
Making a decision about the transfer to Illinois Institute of Technology(IIT)was the hardest thing I have ever done so far in my adult life hard. I could not especially imagine leaving all of my friends and relationships with professors behind. However, I arrived at Illinois Institute of Technology(IIT) which was ranked as one if the top ten overall best Colleges among the United States National University. Being a private university, Illinois Institute of Technology provide a wide variety of science courses. This includes; engineering degree programs, architecture, food process engineering, telecommunication and software engineering. Following discussion with our dean professor, I realized that Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) would be the best college to prepare me for my civil engineering career. I believe that in Illinois Institute of Technology, I will be able to gain first-hand experience through their internships andcampus academic launches and events. I discovered that each year, the campus organizes a launch in which students can showcase their homemade devices as they catapult their invention along the streets of Chicago. In addition, the school provides a technological curriculum where students get distinctive and relevant education in a scientific and technological environment where professional knowledge creation and innovation is advocated and emphasized. In addition, the university has launched a system where students can experience interprofessional projects programs like last year, one of the college’s student launched a perfect power system which basically tried to eliminate costly outages, power disturbances that were power related and alternatively control greenhouse gas secretion. Learning in IIT will make me a graduate not only on a viable job prospect, but also as a well-rounded and learned adult who can make diverse and valuable contributions to my community.
Illinois Iinstitute of Technology would be the learning institution for fulfilling my dreams and vision because it would provide the rigorous educational atmosphere that I am looking. Stanford has an exceptional reputation that sets it apart from other universities, and I would be proud to be a student at Illinois Iinstitute of Technology (IIT).

Personal ment for MASTERS IN TEACHING ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE I grew up in a bilingual family, and since I remember myself I was always speaking English and Punjab. From early age I was fascinated with the idea to actually teach children being bilingual. A recent researched showed that nearly half of the world’s population is bilingual. Thus I find it of crucial importance that children learn both languages in the “correct” pattern. One of the great assets of being bilingual is that you share common language and culture with population in the world that is different than the one you live in. This makes bilingual people unique, especially if they are focused on passing this knowledge to other children. I am very determined an...

The Causes of Plagiarism and Strategies to Prevent It in a University Environment

There is another aspect of practicing plagiarism, which has been discussed by Edward M. White. He has seen the problem of plagiarism from a different angle in his “opinion” article in Chronicle of Higher Education, “Student Plagiarism as an Institutional and Social Issue”. He has raised the issue of “Research Assistance” provided by advertisers, “Thousand of papers in stock, available for any course”, pointing to the problem of not only graded students papers going out of the office for resurfacing in future but the immoral practice of taking outside sources help to complete the assignments, which, according to the writer, needs to be fixed. Infrastructure Application and Review: France

Referring specifically to the country’s water network, Jacobson et al. (1995) notice that ‘although waterworks facilities in France are predominantly government-owned, private firms operate and manage most systems under an array of contracting and leasing arrangements’ (Jacobson et al., 1995, online article). The above study describes the general terms under which the development of infrastructure systems in France is progressing. It should be noticed at this point that in France, the government’s policies regarding the development of infrastructure systems were not always effective – moreover, they were rather limited.
