We can use assessment to identify if the individual is able to evaluate solutions based upon his own criteria. He is also assed in using the most accurate tool or method in establishing alternatives. The assessment identifies if he can look at the conditions properly and adapt his solution according to the conditions. He must also be able to communicate with others about the problem and solution. Assessment can be in the form of a questionnaire which is brief and to-the-point in content and enables the individual to recognize his problem-solving skills and enhance his learning at the same time. The assessment also makes him realize his problem-solving style preferences through which he is able to enhance his performance to the peak level. Assessment enhances the overall environment since all individuals learn how to improve their skills and competencies through better problem-solving techniques. Read More
