These workers play an important role in a child's development when the parents are busy with their works are away from home for any reason. The child care workers not only attend to the basic needs of the children but also organize activities and implement curricula that stimulate a child's physical, emotional, intellectual and social growth. They help children explore individual interests, develop talents and independence, build self-esteem, and learn how to get along with others.
But the million dollar question is "Can the childcare workers take care of the children better than or equivalent to that of the parents of the child". Parents love their children and they will be responsive to their needs. But the childcare workers might be mere professionals and they might not treat the child with the required love and affection which he might be longing for. I mean we cannot install the feeling of love and caring trough any education. Those feelings are inbuilt and unless a child care worker is able to bring in those feelings he might be able to do justice to his responsibilities as a child care worker. But the child care workers will have the proper knowledge of treating a child and making him realize his real and hidden potentials. He will have a proper outlook towards a child's behavior and will make him to leave his bad habits and to adopt good habits. Childcare workers can shape better individuals. This type of outlook will be absent in parents. They might love their child but they may be unaware of the manner in which they have to treat their children so that they become a better individual. They may ignore the bad habits of their children and therefore they may not be able to shape a better individual or make their child a good human being. ...Download file to see next pagesRead More

Faith and Works - Comparison of James 2:14 and Romans 4

While the apostles James and Paul agree that Faith connotes belief in God and Works connotes good actions, James contends that faith and works are both essential for salvation, while Paul asserts that faith is the only requisite.

James is unequivocal in his declaration that “faith by itself if it has no works, is dead” (2:17). However, he does not discount the importance of faith. His contention is that both are essential and one, without the other, is futile. He is addressing Christians, who, we may assume, are already among the congregation of the faithful, by virtue of their professed belief “that God is one” (2:19). Therefore, James accepts that faith is a precondition for salvation but asser...

Towards the Comparison of Specialized Courts in USA and India

Without specialized courts, resolution of complex matters would have been stalled and progress dampened.

Both countries have high educational standards and believe in an informed judiciary who are experts in their fields and these courts are presided by such persons. Justice is speedy in both cases and both give their judges penal and punitive powers.

Although there are many similarities, yet there are some differences both in content and in approach. Whereas the US believes in a more liberal outlook, giving greater emphasis to Human Rights, India lags behind due to its colonial and cultural legacies. The redeeming feature is that lead by its own global status as a growing economic power, it is trying to shed...
