Sorting out, which was the second stage involved using the unitized data in identification of learning areas and relating them to the components of learning. The third stage of analysis sorted out the components of learning into the learning categories that had been predetermined. During the analysis enabled establishment of the key identified areas used for learning in the science and mathematics sector. The in-depth analysis procedures were adequate in that they gave an avenue through which knowledge construction of the pre-service teachers could now be understood in a better way (Johnson&Christensen, 2011). The adequacy of study results The study results were adequately equipped. This is because; the results indicated the numerous elements that were interacting in the environment that this study was conducted. The results gave the required insights on how the system functions and how it affects learning of science and mathematics in elementary schools for the pre-service teachers. The results provided the most active and influential elements in the learners system cohort. The methods of improving learning methods were also established in the study results which were the most important factor for the study. Learning venues like incorporating models in learning process, the use of reflection before, during and even after teaching and incorporating collaborative learning are a good strategy for learning mathematics and sciences in elementary schools. More so, predetermined methods for both teaching and learning experiences were defined like learning from children, teachers, instructors and course methods, self and peers. Therefore, the...
This paper makes a conclusion that going through this study, we have acquired the basic knowledge that is required for elementary school pre-service teachers for better teaching and learning of science and mathematics in elementary schools. The issues that are unexpected during the process of research may came up and proper measures should be put in place in case of such an event.
The report approves that the study has also given me an insight on the proper ways of carry out data collection procedures. Through this study, I have established that primary sources are very reliable methods of collecting data. This is because, from the study, the institution contributed to the insights that have been projected out from the study. The results are reliable due to the active involvement of the correct participants.
According to the paper the study has also enabled my understanding of the appropriate data analysis procedures in the process of carrying out any educational research. Data analysis methods contribute to effective results hence proper recommendations for any educational research. Teaching elementary school teachers who are specializing in mathematics and science for elementary schools has been enhanced through this study. This is because, while preparing students for elementary schools, it will be possible to apply the recommended strategies to these future elementary teachers. This means that better pre-service teachers in the area of mathematics and science for elementary schools will be produced. ...Download file to see next pagesRead More

Contemporary Managerial Issues in Accounts and Finance

Political theorists like Veblen argued that the separation of corporate ownership from control generates a transfer of power from a minority of stockholders to a group of decisive owners who have the control over the way of access to credit and finance (Roe, 1994, p. 5).
However, contemporary analysts of corporate power contested that dominance and ownership in modern corporations have shifted to a property-less group of managers. Consequently, this current shift of power and control in large modern corporations could usher in ultimate preoccupation over profit rather than non-financial motives. Furthermore, the separation of power and ownership will lead to the destruction of the traditional legal theory of property which en...

Physiological Factors While Dealing With Health Issues

The body’s metabolism includes all the physiological processes in the body. Enzymes serve as catalysts to biochemical reactions that form a part of metabolism. The two distinct chemical phases of metabolism are anabolism and catabolism. Anabolism consists of building up carbohydrates, proteins, fats and nucleic acids from simple molecules, through the use of energy. Anabolism is responsible for processes such as growth, repair, and reproduction. On the other hand, catabolism is the process by which large complex molecules are broken down into smaller, simple molecules, with the release of energy. Metabolic processes are carried out by the cell organelles, each organelle has a distinct and crucial function. Every animal cell...

The Issues of HRM Consultancy of Carisma

The first and foremost task of creating a winning team is to lay a strong foundation that has a framework that is common to all the members of the team since different members of a team have different aims or goals. A team has to go through four phases before it can become a cohesive whole. These phases are forming, storming, norming and performing, and it is through a proper progression through these stages, that the team will be able to achieve its goals. Then the team has to find its “pulse” which shows how well their decisions and interactions are working. (Hronek, Ginny, n. d)

When the team has been created, it needs to be injected or infused with team spirit. First and foremost make it clear that teamw...

Developing a Research Base for Intravenous Peripheral Cannula Resites

...Context of the Paper To begin with, the of the paper is very much apt for the content. Although the could have come up with a more direct title, the title “Developing a Research base for Intravenous Peripheral cannula re-sites. A randomized controlled trial” captures the essence of the paper and what the authors aim to address. They, however, could have made it more direct to the point by maybe saying that the study is about a comparison between 3 day cannula re-sites and cannula re-sites as dictated by clinical condition. Nonetheless, the chosen t title is suitable enough to briefly inform the reader of the topic of the research. Two hypotheses were tested in this paper. There are two groups that were compared in the paper...

Analysis of the Methods of 3 Research Papers about Child Abuse

Research ethics was maintained as the identity of the individuals participating was kept secret. As far as the validity of the study was concerned, the researchers attempted to use content validity in order to get an accurate response. The content validity focused on measuring off the ethnicities and gender percentages within the area and attempting to get a random sample of individuals via the phone. Their approach to random calling allowed for a significant random sample in the study. There were a few issues, however, with this type of approach. Those answering the phone sometimes were not always the desired individual, and not all of the desired people were surveyed. Different replacements did have to be used, and the attempt w...
