Fashion/Luxury E-Commerce Objective The tremendous growth in technology has impacted on the e-commerce business in the fashion industry. The digital revolution has led to cheaper access to the Internet services by a large number of people. The fashions Websites have increased the value communication globally by exclusivity. Additionally, the technology platform has transformed the multichannel businesses to Omi-channel ones. The fashion websites have allowed its users to access the online shops where they can get to know the variety and different designs that are being offered and their corresponding prices, as well as, deliveries or shops where to get them.

Online shopping in the fashion industry is a current aspect that has promoted its growth overseas (Burns, Nancy and Kathy 12-45). Nevertheless, purchasing the fashion materials is made easy with the use of online payments or money transfer. Additionally, there are mobile apps such as the Google wallet that allows customers access coupons among other offers that require online money transfer. These apps link the device and the credit cards for easy payment for fashion material. Despite such a promising technology in the fashion industry, customer needs and preferences are becoming stochastic, thereby; it becomes hard to tap the one time customers doing online shopping from a fashion shop to loyal customers (12-45).

As technology is continuous with constant moving innovations, the future trend of e-commerce is exposed to wide variations as compared to the current situation. The e-commerce business will largely depend on the use of mobile devices for its success. With advanced smartphones and trading of social apps and sites such as Instagram, Fartech Mod Deals, Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Deb and Go Jane among others will continue to offer support to the growth of the fashion e-commerce where generations can access their right taste.

Different websites integrated different trends including the hidden menus, flexible typography, and large photography on the homepage of every website, video backgrounds and visual language for attracting the customers to open these sites (34-56). For customer retention, the web designers, and the sellers offer customized content that has personalized services and picks. For instance, the websites are designed in that they can create a custom blog for the fashion materials that include the hottest and the modern designs having surety they will attract their customers (34-78).

Nevertheless, they allow free subscription for the coupons and all current fashion news. Additionally, they create a client portal for customized information and the reward system where they give bonuses to their customers, thereby increasing customer loyalty.
