The success of the company is highly dependent on how best she can position herself in the e-business world. Such Success will be determined by how well she can design her e- business channel priorities. This is the initial stage in the development of e-businesses. Regarding this, CK-E-LINK will ensure that customers post all the required details regarding their customers in the UK. Prospective customers should make orders through this portal and collection of services made at a convenient time.

About the development of the proper market and product strategies, the company will identify the most preferred cloth designs and food types by most of its customers in the region and capitalize on them. The prime intention here is to increase customers' attraction by winning their confidence. The company can then diversify its commodities and markets to further increase its customer base. Moreover for CK-E-LINK to properly position itself in the market against its competitors, it will improve the quality of its foods and cloth designs and increase its service's efficiency against its competitors while maintaining the standard market prices. CK-E-LINK can use simple business, service, and revenue model technologies to model her business, services, and revenue channels to fit well in the competitive UK market. The company will, regarding this aspect concentrate on; inventing new products such as incorporating more of the UK food varieties and stocking the most recent designs and technologies to attract and contain more customers from the identified segments. The supply chain is another factor that will be taken into consideration. Of importance here is bringing on board famous social networking sites such as Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. to supply internet connections with reliable customers. Moreover, leading clothes and electronics producers will be the best suppliers for outstanding competition. Supply of food products, e.g. raw materials for the food section will be generated from the lowest bidders to cut on the costs of production. Knowledge sharing within the company is as well important for the success of company. This involves the exchange of knowledge varieties from one person to another through an extended platform (Teece). Different experts with different levels of experience will be encouraged to share their skills and knowledge freely without hindrances to improving the quality of services. Maximum utilization of the company resources in expansion and innovation will help minimize the weak points and capitalize on her strengths. The success of an organization is dependent on how best she can utilize her resources to establish herself in the market scene. CK-E-LINK will make good use of both human and financial resources to improve the quality of services and expand its roots in the UK market and even beyond. This will involve market research, improved quality of products, and increased business networks.
