As shown in the develop stage of this training prototype, the course is aimed at college students in order to teach them time management skills. From the modules presented in the develop stage, it is clear that the course will be in a class lecture/discussion set-up, with the use of visual aids and guidance of a trainer. Teacher Preparation Facilitator Plan Identification The course will be delivered as an open course available to all college freshmen. Trainer qualifications will be based on the following: ability to identify the immediate learning needs prior to, and during the course program ability to effectively incorporate learning objectives during class lectures and discussions analyze activities and apply proper implementation of the activities in order to facilitate effective learning among learners ability to provide constructive feedback during training sessions ability to facilitate group activities and encourage overall participation ability to assess and evaluate the learning progress of every student Schedule Ideally, the Time Management Training Course is designed to be on a Wednesday, a Thursday, and a Friday. Training of trainers should be scheduled on the Monday and the Tuesday preceding the course target days. During these two days, the trainers and facilitators will undergo a comprehensive brainstorming based on the course modules. This means that every trainer and facilitator should be made familiar with the flow of the course, the objectives, and the teaching style. Since all trainers and facilitators involved in the program are experienced in the subject matter, explanation of the course content is necessary only to ensure that everyone will have similar objectives and topics in mind. Train the Trainer Training of the trainers will be in a face-to-face, open-discussion and lecture format. This is mainly because trainers and facilitators that will be chosen to teach the course are experts in the field of time management and its training. Materials needed will be the modules to be taught during the training and learner group information. The training and facilitators will all engage in a brainstorming and open-discussion session and go through the modules one by one. Each will be encouraged to present their inputs and decide from among themselves how the flow of the lessons should be. The main trainer or facilitator for specific topics or activities will also be discussed and noted to be included in the training manual. The manual will be provided on the second day of the “Train the Trainer” program. Training of trainers is best done in the place or room where the training proper will be held. This is to provide the trainers and facilitators enough ocular of the place in case extra planning is necessary particularly for group activities. The large number of participants should be highly considered especially due to the training activities. She is known for her presentation skills, curriculum design, and facilitation. She holds a PhD. in Industrial Psychology, and has worked as a Guidance Counselor at the University of Pennsylvania for 5 years. Heidi Deno is the woman behind several Time Management Skills Curriculum for various learner demographics. Most of her works are published in many highly-acclaimed business magazines. She holds an MA in Human Resources, and has worked in several multinational companies for several years.

What is required now is a vision to change one’s basis when it comes to time and manage things according to priorities. Even though time management is often deemed as a difficult thing to undertake, most people believe in its use because they know beforehand that its proper incorporation would solve most of the problems that engulf their lives.
It has been noted that time management is a thread running through all aspects of teaching (Nelson & Low, 2011). It determines various activities such as organizing the day, deciding how often and how long various subjects are to be taught, organizing classroom, recording the progress of students, and how to reduce keep time-consuming behavioral problems.
