This company produces a variety of quality products this include t shirts, jackets, shoes and handbags to mention a few. Superdrys products are used by different individuals in the UK therefore serve a large market. Most individuals in the UK have embraced and appreciated the quality of products produced by super dry. This paper will focuses on the success of super dry store in UK on the 7 dial and new rebranding methods that the company can apply to its operations to realize business stability. Conceptual framework The operations of super dry store is important to different individuals who are interested in the products produced by this store and also those businesses that are interested in acquiring economic stability in the market. This understanding can be done through carrying out interviews, use of questionnaires, reading different journals on the development of these stores. Interviews are carried out in understanding on the views of different individuals on the development of the store. Questionnaires help in understanding the opinions of individuals on the quality of products that this company produces. These questionnaires can be necessary to the researcher and the company at large; this is because the company will learn on different tastes and preferences of the consumers. The management of the company is a crucial factor to consider in this study. The management is to be transparent if at all an organization is to succeed in realizing its set goals. The social structure of the organization is to well defined where there is a free and healthy environment conducive for the workers (Hasegawaoru, 2002, p. 63). Hypothesis and variables Hypothesis is necessary in testing of different variables to ensure accurate data from a research. If super dry stores come up with appropriate strategy of carrying out its operations then it will maintain its success in attracting more customers worldwide. (Hoover, 2000, p. 47) In addition to that if it is able to deal with its challenges effectively then it will be able to maintain a healthy competitive environment. Dependable variable- success. Independent variable- challenges. Literature review This store has been able to formulate different strategies. Among these strategies has to reach a wide range customers all over the world and this has been done through expansion of its company. Creating more stores that can allow easy access of products by customers in Europe. Another strategy is producing of goods according to the customers’ preference and tastes. Checking on the prices of goods is another strategy that has been applied by this store this is done by observing the economic background of the target customers, the affordability of the products (Kare-Silver, 2011, p. II2). Super dry store has been popular through the nature of their products, they produce extra ordinary products that are unique than their competitors in the business of fashion. This therefore attracts more customers to the products produced. It was noted that communication is an important factor to consider for a company’s success. Good communication should be encouraged between buyers and sellers, management and the workers and finally there should be good communication between the workers as a whole. Information should be clearly communicated to different specifics. For instance rules ad regulations of an organization should be clearly communicated to the staff members. Super dry has been able to realize this through the kind of method they use to communicate ideas for instance the organization gives the workers a chance to view their suggestions on different processes of the organization. This has posed a challenge to different companies especially in areas where certain managers oppose to it with the fear of being challenged by the junior staff. Empowering of the workers is another aspect to be considered in realizing success. This empowerment mainly bases its success to the culture of an organization, one has to analyze the culture of certain organization and how this organization integrates different values to its operations (Kare-Silver, 2011, p. 119). The workers can be empowered by offering learning opportunities to them. They get an opportunity to learn from other organizations on different management process and get a chance to share on different ideas with their colleagues. This promotes the spirit of sharing among the workers there a good social environment. Workers are able to come up with methods that can be formulated by the organization to improve on its operations. Another method that can be applied is rebranding of products this mainly include changing of the logo, color of products and also changing the company’s symbol. Super dry can realize more profits through changing of its logo. Changing of the logo helps a company in having a new look to the public therefore attracting more customers. Change of color is another important aspect to consider in rebranding, this is done according to the customer’s preference. By changing of color is increases appeal to customers therefore creating interest in a particular product. Attractive colors are to be used in increasing appeal. Repackaging is also an element necessary in boosting sells of an organization. Super dry has been able to improve there products through repackaging of their products using quality materials. This helps in checking on the durability of products. Every company should ensure that it provides quality goods that are durable to prevent cost in producing new goods due to spoilage (Kare-Silver, 2011, p. 120). Super dry on the other hand has faced different challenges in its daily to day operations. These challenges come from both and external pressure. Among these challenges are meeting the customers expectations. Different customers or individuals have different tastes and preferences therefore it becomes a challenge in meeting the expectations of all customers. Lowering of prices on products to attract more customers poses another major challenge to the development of the company. This becomes crucial especially with an increase in price of the raw materials. This will mean that the company has to come up with alternative means of coming up with funds lest it operates at a loss. Due to this there is much strain on the budget forcing a company to work on a minimal budget causing delay in formulation of other development policies (Lib, 2001, p. 56). Political, social and economic factors have posed a challenge to the development of different organizations that are geared towards production of goods in a global market. Political issues such as war may lead to insecurity therefore a company will withhold the distribution of goods in the market until peace is attained. Economic factors affect the wellbeing of an organization in the sense that all businesses depend on the economic stability of the buyers. Therefore economic stability I the target market may mean a slower flow of products in the market causing a dead stock (Hasegawaoru, 2002, p. 96). Conclusion Super dry company has been able to attain its stability factors like developing a good strategy that will help in attaining profits. The main goal has been to provide quality goods in the market that can compete favorably in the global market. In doing this it has experienced different challenges like cost of production. The cost of production is high due to the lowering of costs to attract more customers. References Hasegawaoru, T. (2002). Japan economic almanac. Tokyo: Japan Economic Journa. Hoover, G. (2000).
