Extract of sample "Germanys Positive Stereotypes"

Americans are not very polite. They may not be extremely rude but are not as polite as Germans. Americans are usually busy in their work so when someone talks to them they do not have the time to talk in a polite manner. Germans do not like people who chew gums in front of them (Tomalin 104). It is considered against etiquettes to chew gum while speaking. This is also a positive stereotype as chewing gum is not liked by many people. Although in America it is not considered against manners to chew gum while talking to someone.

This is a very good example of a stereotype that Americans chew gums and Germans don’t. Not only Germans and Americans will dislike chewing gum nor they all will like to chew gums but still, such stereotypes are popular. It can also be said that Germans are loyal by nature because they are extremely loyal to their companies (Tomalin 140). This is a positive trait because loyalty is very important for national cohesion. Americans are also very loyal to their country but may not be loyal to their companies.
