Application Essay When I came from Indonesia to the United s, I aimed to become a graduate in business studies to work in an international firm. Also, I wanted to contribute to the field to get acclaimed intellectually and professionally. I have done a lot of hard work over my years in the United States to achieve this aim. When I joined Santa Monica College, I had to face a lot of issues including language difficulties, and the transition from Indonesia to the Standards of the United States was not an easy task.

However, all these years, I reassured myself that I would be able to overcome the difficulties and would be able to achieve my goals. At Santa Monica, I learned various subjects ranging from English, Math, Economics, and Accounting. Admittedly, basic knowledge of all these subjects is very necessary for me to reach my target. Now that I have gained adequate knowledge in all these subjects, and have gained adequate confidence and communication skills. So, the next stage in my plan is to reach a top business school where I will be able to get the very best and the very latest.
