Personal Essay: Intended Contributions and Hopes for Flagship 2030 Knowing that I stand at the point of entry or threshold of this side of the world, of an academic community with such an overwhelming vision, I would try inasmuch as I can to see how my secondary foundation is able to help me cope with my studies and scholastic environment altogether. At this initial stage, I would as well seek guidance from faculty and student body alike to learn and develop pertinent skills of interaction in several aspects and find huge advantage on exploring the school's academic resources.

While these elements equip me with the appropriate knowledge and understanding of the field chosen, I can hence take part in enriching the community by radiating to it the person and well-being I have become. I shall make it a point to develop a strong-willed character that enables other learners to engage in healthy relations and consequently work their potentials to the full measure. Whenever there is sufficient time that more rewarding tasks can be managed, I would join in focus study groups and non-academic organizations to enhance my social awareness of the school's old and current issues in and out.

This, I know, shall eventually bring personal involvement to a highly fulfilling degree aligned with the university's flagship initiatives in sustaining customized and experiential learning and in applying creativity and interdisciplinary enterprise beyond scholastic tradition among others (Why Flagship). The course of discerning the principles behind Flagship 2030 vision may be filled with certain intricacies, requiring deeper wisdom and financial investment but since the university is the first to promote inspiration toward the success of its mission, I shall ensure optimum utilization of resources, time, and energy to yield to the right confidence at realizing the value of the core initiatives.

This way, better insights may be obtained and shared with fellow students who would profess to be transformed similarly and impart accomplishments even outside of the academe's sphere. With the strategic plan of Flagship 2030 and the general academic atmosphere of the University of Colorado at Boulder, I hope to gain mastery of each subject matter dealt with every step of the way. Besides hoping to acquire by all means the experience of quality training, instruction tools and facilities, I would much anticipate for the college to support cause and activities that charge amusement throughout the campus and uniquely convey the essence of social gathering in all modest forms.

For the university to encourage more inter-school tournaments is part of this expectation, believing that such events are greatly empowering to the participants and could motivate the rest of the student body to go after the aim for excellence on any course. In addition, I'd particularly expect to have a series of successes with failures in between yet still live a life of continuing faith in the abilities and intellect of the educating staff as a whole and in the evolving maturity to cope with the diverse culture and its associated changes which are chiefly crucial to every learner's progress.
