The results show that the customers are satisfied with the use of Internet banking and specify their acceptance to use the services in future. The major factors that have an impact on the overall intention to use are the perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness, and attitude of the customers, whereas, the perceived web security has an insignificant relationship with the intention to use. The results also signify that the relationship between the variables is positive which means that an increase in one variable can have a positive impact on the intention level of customers.

The advent of the Internet and its related technologies has allowed banks to offer services through their e-business platform in addition to their brick-mortar branches. Furthermore, the increase in the adoption of the Internet has led to the development of new financial intermediaries. It has extended the scope of services offered by banks and banks are able to expand their customer base. Internet banking has proven to generate high profits for banks as they are able to reduce their cost of operations by keeping the number of branches low. However, it has also been noted that the process of adoption by customers has been slow.
