The paper "Adoption of Internet Banking in Dubai" is a perfect example of a business thesis. Internet banking is seen to have existed for quite some time and it was in the form of telephone transactions and automated teller machines. Of recent, its transformation has been achieved by the internet which is considered to be a banking services delivery channel that benefits both the banks and client. It has an advantage because it is readily available, convenient as well as its accessibility is faster in terms of the location of the client or customer. The current study majorly focused on investigating the influence of security and privacy, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on customer attitude in relation to internet banking. This was achieved by the use of data collected from private commercial banks in Dubai from 53 customers. In this case, regression analysis, as well as correlation analysis, was undertaken to achieve this. In this respect, the results indicated that these explanatory factors have a significantly positive influence on customer attitude towards internet banking.

It is evident that the society at large in relation to its economic patterns has significantly moved from the industrial era to the informative one where new services and products are generated to satisfy the needs of the people and hence there is a change in the organizational strategies. In this respect, there is a change in the managerial and organizational structures cooperation (Gefen et al., 2003). This also includes patterns of work where there is technology leverage considered to be of an advantage and it includes internet banking services. The technology and economic phenomenon such as server/client, distributed architecture, outsourcing, downsizing as well as internet banking all are considered to incorporate the goals associated with streamlining the organizations as well as making it more efficient. Informative systems however are seen to be significantly exposed to security threats in the course of taking on the technological resources by the organizations to the maximum so that the organizational needs are met (Dhillon, 2001).
