Enuctus is a non-profit organization whose aims are to create a robust team of social responsible and suitably trained young leaders. The organization majors on the three pillars of work. The three pillars also stand for the acronyms for the entity. The main operational pillars are entrepreneurial, action, and collaboration with like-minded people. On entrepreneurial, the association aims at creating business innovations pegged on integrity and passion. Under this principle, students get first hand training on business skills and how to be transformational leaders in their different areas of practice, by incorporating the best practices in the industry. With regard to action, the corporation inspires the trainees to make a social impact and promote enterprise. Through this mechanism, the mentees can have a positive impact on the rest of the society and encourage them to be socially responsible persons. The last pillar of the organization is the people management. The people management refers to the stakeholders in the organization’s overall goals. The company work with students, academic experts, and business leaders to create a highly effective unit. Through the unit, the organization is able to impact on its target audiences and bring about positive development in the world.
