I will strive to see ahead of what is happening today as well as exploring any new business venture that might arose in the future and plans today. 1. C Risk taker I have believed that to succeed, one must risk and thus I have invested heavily in risky business that commands lots of cash inflows and this what makes me successful. As an entrpreneuer, I did work closely with other people in order to create a strong association with others such as the customers, the workers or the shareholders. A leadership and motivation I do believe am a leader since, I can convince other to follow me and at the same time ensuring that I deliver my vision. This is only possible since, I always ensure that there is delegation of responsibility. 2. B Communications skills. I do pay attention to listening as well as ensuring that there is an ideal relation with others and at the same time I observe ethics in my entrepreneurship. 3. Critical and creativity skills I do believe that my creative skills of coming up with new idea each day is what make successful since I always make an informed entrepreneurial decision that is good for the businesses time. Am also good in problem solving since I always come up with solution to the problem promptly. Am very much inspired by the extent to which Google company are always creative in the nature of their management. it is exemplary and males ,me to be more creative. 4. Practical skills I always set new goals and objective to be met frequently as well as creating a plan of how to achieve the goal as well as putting the objective into practice (Alain Fayolle 2006). I do have an effective planning and organizing skills as well as the making an informed decision based on ideal information and by weighing the potential impact of my decision to the success of my entrepreneurship. Inspiration I do inspire my workmates by motivating them at placed of work in order to ensure that they feel are part of the business and thus inspiration makes my entrepreneurship improves since, there is mutual cooperation between me and workers which makes us keeps on going. Am very much inspired by the entrepreneurship of Steve job, his journey to success is full of downfall from starting the company to being fired by his own friend whom he introduced to the business as the marketing manager to one of the top best intelligent entrepreneur. Creativity AND Innovation Each day I strive to ensure that I come up with new business ideals as well as perform the feasibility study on the new product in order to ascertain the relevance of the project in the market in terms of custom, my satisfaction and the need of the new product to the business in terms of profit (Mahin 1981). Being creativity is what differentiates me from other entrepreneurs and my successful skills. Risk taking Is a risk taker by nature? I love investing much of my cash flows in risky venture in order to capitalize on huge profits and thus risk taking is what has made me a successful entrepreneur in the market today. Social and ethical responsibility I participate much in giving back to the society as part of my corporate social responsibility. I always strive to ensure that the community living around the business is contented with the business by improving the living standards, proving them with education materials as well as engaging them in the co9mmunity development that I initiate. Overall refection I do believe that as an entrepreneur, I must comprehend the trend in business situation am to venture in and thus this is one of the major factor that has made me success. I first identify the business; ascertain the market condition as well as the threat from external suppliers. The entrepreneurship skills I assumed is being a risk taker and thus I made an informed decision of investing in a venture with huge initial cash outlay without considering the risk am putting myself into but the profit I will earn. As an entrepreneur, I must work closely with my employees solve problem of, misunderstanding as well as ensure mutual cooperation between worker. This is only effective since, I do ensure that effective communication and delegation of duties is mandatory (Mahin 1981). This will be success when I did ensure that the goals and objective of the business is review each year in order to ensure that the business tactical plan remain focused as well as ensuring that workers clearly know what is expected of them in the business. These are some of my skills that make the business successful. I strive to ensure that the community living around is engage in the business operation order to create mutual understanding and cooperation between the business and the community. this is only achievable and by ensuring that I appreciate the social entrepreneurship as well as providing education and training material to the community and as well as running the road show campaign on product Awareness, health and importance of the business to the community in ensuring that there is green environment and safe living environment at all time. The leadership and motivation skills provide that I must lead by example (Robert N. Lussier 2014). This what makes me a successful entrepreneur? As a leader, I strive to set by example by ensuring that the right thing is done in the business as well as being a problem solver and providing a prompt decision at the time of intricacy. this leadership skills is ideal to my entrepreneurship since ,each day we as entrepreneur faces business challenges that is unplanned and consequently, were are expected to provide direction at all time to provide assurance that everything is okay in the business. This skills is important to business success since, the entire eyes at place of work looks upon me tom provide guidance on the way forward towards achieving the desired end result ion the business. I do inspire others and I presume that the sprite of inspiration in me is what makes going as a useful entrepreneur. Inspiring workers my providing incentives, job rotation and upgrade is what makes employees contend with the job environment and thus I believe that there must be motivation at place of work since, when worked are motivated, the company goals and objective is met. This is only possible by engaging the employees in part of decision making in order to make them fill part of the business. This will make them clearly understand what is expected of them as well as comprehend the company goals and objective which wil as well as improve the productivity. The current worlds is turning to social media as platform for doing business and thus as an entrepreneur, I strive to ensure that am as well as updated. Social media platform entails people with diverse traits and emotions and thus, I always ensure that am good listening as well as ensuring that there are effective communication skills.
