On the contrary, employers have a difficult task of determining people with great potentials when it comes to recruiting professionals. In this case, in order to identify candidates worth working in an organization that needs employees with potential business processionals, employees need to look into several things. Under most occasions, when an organization seeks to recruit candidates, a systematic process takes place. The recruiting strategy involves identifying candidates, sourcing and selecting the best. When people go out to search for employment, recruiters use the Curriculum Vitae to determine if the applicant has the potential to work in the organization in question. This means that the Curriculum Vitae portray the applicant’s capability before anything else (Andreasen and Kotler 2008). The human resource manager and the recruiting team will analyze the different Curriculum Vitae issued. This helps in determining people with minimum qualification requirements as per the positions requirement. Undertaking job analysis is vital when it comes locating potential business candidates to join a nonprofit organization. Job analysis involves looking into different information related to a job (Andreasen and Kotler 2008). This helps in formation of job specification and job description. When a human resource department seeks to recruit new members in the organization, the team should consider job specifications. This means that, the recruiters should recruit while considering capabilities the qualified employee should posses. For example, if the candidate applied for customer care service position, the candidates should be capable of communicating effectively with clients. On the contrary, job description helps the applicants understand roles and responsibilities the job will demand. When this procedure is followed, the organization will be able to choose the best employee who will sustain the organizations performance. When looking for potential business candidates, it is vital to consider working experience. Employees with working experience will require less training as compared to candidates who have never worked before. In addition, the working experience should be on a related field. However, it does not mean that all people with working experience are the best for the position. It is vital to conduct an interview with an intention to know if the candidate has a proper understanding on things the candidate was handling prior to that interview. In the end, it will guide the recruiter on knowing if the candidate best suits the position. Aggressiveness is a character that most companies require from their employees (Bacharach 2012). However, it is hard to determine this character just from looking at people’s faces. A recruiting team can ask the candidate several questions with the aim of gauging the extent of a candidate’s aggressiveness. This can be determined on the level of answering questions, and the manner a candidate responds to the recruiting team. In addition, some candidates go an extra mile of giving the recruiter alternatives that can be used by a company to achieve better goals in the future. Therefore, a candidate who has such character is ideal for a business position. Under some situations, it is evident that having many degrees does not imply that one is fit to hold a position than a person with a mere diploma. A recruiter should give people with minimum qualifications an opportunity to undertake an interview. In this case, the recruiting team can consider each candidates communication and listening skills Ready, Conger and Hill 2010). This will determine how the candidate will communicate in case of conferences or business deals that benefit the organization. 2. Every organization has its pieces of problems when it comes to matters of ethical issues. Ethics is a branch of philosophy that evaluates what people should do and not do in a society. In this case, the moral principles in an organization depend on the organization culture. However, some principles are applicable to almost all organizations that seek to succeed in customer service delivery and organizational performance. When it comes to nonprofit organizations, the organizations are meant to help people of different categories. Nonprofit organizations may help orphans, vulnerable women, enhancing girl child education and agricultural issues among other things. Such organizations are constantly surrounded with issues of fund embezzlement (Ray n.d.). For example, most nonprofit organizations are run by donors of different categories. Theses donors send funds to the organization with the aim of bridging gaps experienced in different societies as mentioned earlier. However, it is common to hear of situations of embezzlement of funds by top officials of such companies. These characteristics portray that the employees in that company as greedy. The funds are used for personal benefit rather than utilizing the funds to meet its actual demand (Rhode & Packel, 2009).Therefore, this shows that issues of fund embezzlement are common in most nonprofit organizations. In order for such companies to prosper, donors should emphasize on regular analysis of financial breakdown to ensure that funds are used for the right purpose. Nonprofit organizations are known to evade taxes on incomes that are not related to the organization's purpose. This means that, the organization evades tax that is responsible for building the society via regional revenue authority. In addition, in case the organization is run by foreigners, the profits got along the way by the employees are repatriated to the employees’ home countries. In the end, the hosting country does not gain revenues from the organization in question. Issues of conflict of interest are common in nonprofit organizations. Some board members often have a preference of some donors to others considering the benefits got from donors in question. For example, one group of the board members of a given nonprofit organization may prefer a given donor as the board members gain some cash illegally from those donors. Giving preference to particular donors may yield conflict of interest in case some members of that organization do not agree on a given objective. In the end, the organization’s performance fails to meet desired. Accountability issues have been considered an ethical issue that affects nonprofit organizations. This means that issues of fraud are common are common among business deals. For example, some organization representatives have the tendency of doing things to their own benefit. In addition, financial auditing is not done frequently (Schmidt 2004). This makes it easier for top official to vandalize some funds before they trickle down to the other members. In addition, it is notable that salary issues are questionable in most nonprofit organizations. The top officials have the tendency of giving themselves exaggerated salary scale. This creates a lot of concern especially if the organization is underfunded. Therefore, all this ethical issues are common among nonprofit organizations and should be considered effectively. 3. In today’s, society, internet knowledge and access is preferred by many organizations. Internet acts as a global connection that brings people together. In addition, it acts as a global village in that people can get any information from the internet within the shortest time possible. In addition, volunteers are people who participate in developmental activities without expecting reward in exchange. In this case, nonprofit organizations can use the internet to recruit volunteers for the organization. This is the best criteria of displaying the organization to the world and promoting its purpose, mission and vision to different people. A, not for profit organization, may seek to recruit people within a given region or internationally. This can be done effectively using the internet as long as the right information is put on the internet to attract people. Under most occasions, it is not easy to know if a website is a fraud or real website. This aspect practically swindles people from joining online volunteering groups for fear of identity fraud. However, an organization that seeks to recruit people via the internet to be volunteers to the organization should find a secure website that keeps people information safe (Bramstedt 2007). This can be done by ensuring that the website is registered to a known online company that helps organizations with high potential privacy settings. It also helps in keeping personalized information safe and attracts many potential applicants to the organization. Seeking for qualified volunteers is as difficult as recruiting employees to an organization. The major aim of volunteers is to enhance an organization’s performance in order to meet desired goals and objectives. In such a case, the not for profit organization can create an online form that is systematic. This means that, serious people who meet the minimum requirements for the volunteer positions should fill the form. In additions, the applicants should include passport photos while they make application. This helps in identifying the candidates when it comes to online interviews. Online interviews are necessary for shortlisted candidates. This helps the company to know best, which sectors the candidate, can fit when it comes to offering services. On the contrary, it helps the organization talk to the applicant in person and analyze communication, interpretation and listening skills of the short listed candidate. While defining a volunteer, it can be evidenced that, volunteers work out of good will without expecting a reward in return. This means that, issues of salaries are not included when someone seeks to be identified as a volunteer. Therefore, when it comes to international volunteering, the volunteers are expected to have all necessities required before going to another country to volunteer (Volunteer recruitment websites n.d). For example, the volunteers should be able to provide personal transportation to and from home of residence. In addition, personal things for use while in another country should be fully accessible to the volunteer. In this case, the organization should inform all potential applicants of the required necessities apart from academic qualifications necessary for the volunteering process. The organization can also include reports and videos on previous projects done by the organization. When an organization puts such information on social media like Facebook, it will attract more volunteers especially if the work done is appreciated by the mass (Frendo 2013).
