In the attempt, information programs like internet notification program implementation assist in the achievement of the preferred integration standards (Dolo, 2002). The system is able to give notification to the suppliers, clients and other people about the product of the company and their prices and access. However, there result circumstances when the implementation can be successful but at times the implementation does not fails. Unsuccessful implementation is associated with many risks. The fundamental explanation for failure can be because of numerous factors that affect the organization, employees, suppliers and event the clients. It may also be connected to poor implementation process organization. This paper looks at key dimensions of the implementation of internet notification system on products to assist the clients get ease assess to the products and company improve marketing of its products. (Abel, 2001) It also gives identities of the main issues to deal with in successful implementation of internet notification system. The success or the failure and the impacts it has on the community as a whole is evaluated using three evaluation strategies: Broad policy cycle, evaluation using Performance and using comparison. At each state using every evaluation method, different aspect/factors are looked at. The executive summary about the progress after the implementation is also provided in the paper. The program was introduced from 2007 in Ukraine. In a nut shell it identifies the effectiveness of internet notification program. It is used in marketing and providing information to the clients (Belle, 1998). 2) Evaluation strategies 2.1) Broad policy cycle Evaluation is central to company activities, especially after the implementation of the internet program policy development and decision-making. It makes an important input to plans, advocacy and service delivery by evaluating if Oriflame internet program offers the correct option in the marketing of its product, and where it is effective. It also provides evidence of its success or failure of program in as far as the local and global markets are concerned. The evaluation plays a central position in the assessment of the progress towards obtaining the Oriflame objectives. It also indicates the role of the program in the obtaining of these objectives. (Abel, 2001) One advantage with this evaluation is that it assesses the degree to which Oriflame programs and scheme are meeting their intentions and objectives, and can assist in the provision of appropriate advices to company on the results and consequences of the program and the related ones. The program was evaluated using the cycle below. Number of individuals who used the method were recorded. Evaluation Cycle: Monitoring, Appraisal, and assessment form phases the cycle. There was assumption made that the rationale was decided, the preferred objectives and outcomes were set and this aided notification of the many options available. The targets set were meeting the third of global market and about a half of the local markets. This is measurable from the location of the clients (where request is made from) and the distribution of the product. An appraisal gives judgment whether a program is valuable. In this case it was. As alternatives were formed, the impact of risks review indicated that the program was less risky. It indicated that internet notification program remained the best as improvements could be made at any point in life. Among the other advantages was that it could reach maximum number of people at a given time. The number reached was also the greatest and the capital employed least. Monitoring of the program and its progress indicated positive improvements in the market. The improvements in the marketing were measured using the number of the orders and sales obtained per day. Formerly, about twenty five were made but latter it improved to thirty two (Dolo, 2002). 2.2) Comparison evaluation method Since the information program stated after the company had produced for many years direct comparison can be used in evaluation. The performance after and before can be compared. This is compared on the basis of the number of company sales (Belle, 1998). In this evaluation, the independent variable is the number of sales. This is before and immediately after the implementation of the internet notification program. All the other factors like time, improvements and development are kept constant. This is because the two comparisons are made soon following the implementation and so time aspect is negligible as well as the other. The data gives the overall company’s sales after two months after the implementation. The duration is assumed that it ensured that the system is in place and all the clients and other people are aware of it. The following table can be depicted from the company. The comparison of sales will reveal the effectiveness of the program in customer information. One variable (sales) is positively related to the effectiveness of the program. An increase in the sale indicates that the program is effective and the versa. The following data was captured. Table one. Year 2006 2007(implementation year) 2008 2009 Sales in tones 1.2 1.1 1.3 1.5 The table indicates a positive increment in the number of the creams sold over the year. We can assume that the decrease that occurred in 2007 (implementation year) must have been due to the fact that the company was geared towards the implementation and so minored in the other areas. The shoot that occurred in 2009 can be regarded as being due to the well spreads information and the various forms of the creams that the clients could easily access by that time (Belle, 1998). 2.3) Evaluation using the company performance In the performance evaluation, the general performance of the company and its progress is looked at. The customer, employees, employers and company relation is determined. All the departments especially the marketing was interview. The managers and the employers were also interviewed on the impact that the program has had in the progress on the activities of the company. The responses were recorded and short notes taken. This helps to find out if the implementation had some side effects to the listed population and the improvements that are to be made. The past record provided the history and the general trends in the organization. In the quantitative method, the number of employees after and before was determined. In the qualitative, the former and current situations are looked at. This gives the other factor; impacts of the program. The past records indicated about an improvement of 0.5% in the annual sales. 0.5% was subtracted from all the values to take care of this. The table below was then generated. Table two Year 2006 2007 2008 2009 % change in sales .5% 0.6% 0.8% 0.7% The following diagram indicating the two factors was developed. From the interview and the statistics gotten it is evident that the number of employees reduced. The mainly affected sector is the marketing. This is a risk to the population and the company. Manpower is lost and also it creates unemployment to the community. The figures short in 2008 but drop there after due to loss of skilled marketing personnel. The program is advantageous to the client but harmful to the employees. The number of marketers was reduced due to the system (Belle, 1998). 3) Executive summary The implementation of the internet notification program has brought numerous advantages to the Oriflame Company. There has been a shoot in the sales since its introduction in 2008. The program ha linked the customers and the desired products and made it ease to be accessed. 4) Recommendations and Conclusion The implementation was successful as the outcomes were positive. The negative influence tat it had on the implement rate is minimal as the number was not large. The program has brought numerous benefits to the company and so the related programs are encouraged. This risk of unemployment can be lowered buy training the students on the modern marketing protocols. It is recommended that the program should be expanded to some cites in the internet as some people do not visit given areas. The most commonly visited cites like yahoo and face book should be used in the marketing of its products. References Abel, M. (2001).
