The SeaWorld has great hospitability. This offers a sense of place in that, the employees’ gives tourists’ cordial welcome and serves them with all their professionalism and due respect. The typical visitors of SeaWorld are couples during week-ends. Those typical guests are at the age of 25 and 45 years old. Most of the visitors are middle income earners from various parts of the world. The other visitors who frequent SeaWorld are families during mostly weekdays. They are both middle and high income earners. The tourists have common motives of having leisure and exploring new things. SeaWorld turn to be branded as the solution for family stress. The brand is strategic in that it targets to attract tourists from diverse backgrounds. The visitors re promised by the brand that they would be relieved of their life pressures that they might be facing. The brand also serves to inform visitors that besides having life issues that might be disturbing them, SeaWorld also is a good place for relaxation. The brand serves to distinguish the place from other competitors in various ways. First, the brand serves to first welcome visitors without talking of the rates that they are charging thus showing their interest in customers first and foremost. A Design Evaluation of SeaWorld The SeaWorld external design meets the ideal design principles for urban precincts in various ways. First, the finishing of the external walls has been well done by professionals who were given that task. In this case, the walls have been painted and words are well written where necessary. Second, beautiful plants have been planted surrounding the SeaWorld wherever necessary. Tree planting is associated with creating a favourable environment to both human beings and animals. Planting of trees also portrays that the place takes care of the Mother Nature. The other way the external design meets ideal design principles is the way the drainage system has been laid out. The other strategy I would suggest would be planting of additional trees to make the environment even better. The other strategy would be putting more signs talking of the SeaWorld. As such, more signs would be demanded on the roads advertising the place for purposes of increasing the place’s presence. The internal design meets the universal design principles in various ways. First, the design ensures equitable use (The 7 Principles of Universal Design, 2009). In this case, the design offers similar use means for the entire users. Additionally, the design avoids stigmatizing or segregating whichever users.
