It will also largely depend on how many services the client will hire from the organization as some clients would choose to pick some of our services and leave others. However the organization has set the pricing in such a way to ensure that the prices are more favorable when a person goes for the whole package (Edward, G.1999). The prices of the company are also deemed to go higher on commercial dates. The clients will be expected to pay 20% deposit at the time of booking and to pay the rest on the material day of the function. The prices will be $200 for wedding anniversaries $250 for Valentines Day $150 for no reason surprise $200 for birthday parties $250 for mother’s day $250 for father’s day Place The office location will be located in the Avenue Street of Brisbane city which is central to all clients. This will serve to ensure that the organization captures clients from all corners and in turn earn this will ensure that the organization captures a wide range of clients (Horton, 2008). It will in turn ensure that the workers travelling from the office to the clients destination is easier (Charles, & Gareth, 2009.). The company will also be flexible in that the workers of the organization will set out to go reach the client at the venue of his choice and offer their services. The company will provide the information on its services on the home page as well as the details of the range of prices it charges, the contact details will also be provided on this page (Ahlstedt, 2007). Community sites like face book and twitter and you tube. The organization will also have pages on these community sites that will serve as advertisements for the activities of the organization (Barone, L.2009). Mailing lists: this will be used to sustain customer relationships and will serve to upgrade customers on the various services that are offered by the company. Collaboration. The company will collaborate with gift shops where most people throwing the parties buy their products and this will in turn serve to increase people’s awareness of the organization (Joyce, 2005). Word of mouth. This is also seen as a great way by the organization to ensure that the organization is advertised. This will be by friends telling friends of the existence of the organization (Horton, 2008). Sample services: the company will do public samples around the city that will act as informative places for the people .This will create awareness to the public about the existence of the services offered by the organization. This will be done in a customized car around the city and its environs (PRlog, 2008). Target market The target market for the organization is mainly the young at heart who love partying and who want to get an extra taste from life. The target market is segmented using 1. Demographics where the needs of the customers are to have fun and to make their world colorful (Art, 2004). The niche market will be drawn from the above classes of people as mentioned those planning weddings and anniversaries, birthdays and other form of a party. 2. Psychographics. The motives of these people and their lifestyles will be similar (Dennis, 2007) and they will love classy services that make their loved ones feel loved and appreciated. 3. Geodemographics. This will be based on the location of the people and this will mean that the providers’ f the services will have to be highly flexible so as to reach the clientele (William, Robert, & Jack, 1999). Porter’s five forces The company counters the rivalry and the market forces in the five porter’s model like rivalry form competitors by charging relatively cheaper prices for exceedingly excellent services (Dennis, 2007). This gives the company cost leadership in the market and thus a cost advantage over the competitors. The company also counters the buyer power by ensuring the buyers do not dictate the market prices, the supplier power is also eradicated by the firm ensuring they use the discounts offered by suppliers to help lower their prices. The entry barriers that are put in the place by the governments also make it hard for other companies to join the market doing the same thing and offering the same services thus giving the firm the ability to reign in the market and reducing competition (Edward, 1999). The threat of substitutes in the organization is also countered by the company providing the best services and ensuring that its services are always beyond the client’s expectation to ensure more loyalty from customer SWOT analyses Strengths Not seasonal, the assignment will run through the year. (survey shows that highest percentage of people would like to surprise for “birthdays” and for “no reason”) and during special occasions like valentines and mother’s/father’s day the number of assignments would increase. The business does not need much of infrastructure. Weaknesses We will need extensive marketing for the people to know about the business. As we would be hiring a maximum of 2 actors working per day, it would be impossible to have 3 assignments in 3 different locations at the same time. Opportunities There is no other company in Australia which is doing a similar business. We have the first movers’ advantage. Threats As it’s a new concept there is a possibility that people of Brsibane find the idea bizarre and don’t use it. As the business does not require much of initial capital and infrastructure, competitors could soon come into the market and a pose a threat to our business. The whole assignment relies on the actors’ performance. Thus we need to make sure that we have an outstanding actor Legal issues 1. Loan Agreements issues A letter of offer for the loan taken by the Wynn surprises is a document that is necessary in the company. This shall be required by the financiers of the company with the signatories of the company directors (Barone, 2009). This loan shall be secured by the assets that are held by the company that incase of failure of loan payment the company can take them and sell them to obtain their money back. 2. Taxation issues Goods and Services Tax (GST) Pay As You Go (PAYG) Deferred company and superannuation fund installments. Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) installments References Ahlstedt, M., 2007.
