Business Organizational Theory and Design Insert Insert Comparison of planning in an organization now and 25 years ago Planning helps organizations in making their goals and policies, which make them, prepare effectively for the future. There have been changes in planning of organizations in nowadays compared to 25 years ago. Planning in management have been improved over the years as information can be quickly collected, related and interpreted compared to 25 years ago and this has enhanced planning for the future in terms of demand for products, their availability, and costs.

This has enabled current organizations to plan more effectively compared to 25 years ago (Richard, 2004). Due to fast and reliable source of information, it has led to a worldwide view of demand and supply and has led to quick and accurate flexibility change. This has led to an effective change of goals and decisions which are part of planning to suit to the emerging issues in organizations and this more flexibility compared to 25 years ago has led to better planning in organizations. Currently, planning is employed to improve the commitment and foe better performance than the later planning and leads to implementation of goals and decisions that embraces innovation and excellence than 25 years ago plan but both shows the path on which an organization should follow.

The planning in nowadays seems to reduce uncertain and clarify what they should do as opposed to earlier planning and this makes nowadays organizations have high chances of making their decisions and goals more effective in comparison to those decisions made 25 years ago. There is a change in resource allocation, change of information technology and the environment as in 25 years ago those changes were gradual as opposed to today as changes are very rapid. This made planning in earlier time not that flexible and easy to make decisions about future as the changes were gradual but nowadays changes are rapid, and this calls for more flexibility in planning and quick change in goals and decisions to fit the current changes (Eric, 1993).

Feasibility of changing the organizations domain It is a feasible strategy to change organization’s domain to cope with a threatening environment to enhance effective success for an organization.

This coping strategy ensures that it alleviates the stressful circumstances of the organization and leads to a better decision and goals that help solve the problem effectively. Changing of its domain results to naming of a more effective name that matches with its brand, which is a better decision, and it enhances the success of the organization (Richard, 2004). An organization that has changed its domain Various organizations have changed their domain and have eventually resulted in their success.

An example that elaborates change of domain is Facebook, which was originally referred to as “thefacebook.com”. The name Facebook was then employed as it featured Harvard publication that featured students’ names and photos to help them get familiar. Application of biblical worldview The Biblical worldwide view is very applicable to personal and organizational in many ways.

This is through human tradition and basic principles in organizations where there are moral standards one should conduct himself or herself in the organizations. There are also ethics, language etiquette and dressing code in an organization. For success to follow a company, it should employ biblical morals in the above fields, and this greatly leads to a better working environment and overall success of the organization. References 1.
