The prime intent of this assignment is to analyze the required graduate employability skills that I possess to be successful as a team leader. With this objective, drawing on the self-awareness tool of MBTI and John Hollands Career Theory, I intend to assess my skills with appropriate justifications in order to prove myself suitable for the decided job role, as well as identify my development needs thereupon. 

Analysis of the Required Graduate Employability Skills within the Job Role of a Team Leader
The required graduate employability skills to perform with the job role of a team leader can be ascertained as leadership, team working capacity, communication and most importantly, possessing the ability to make effective plans towards attaining any desired target (Lowden & et. al., 2011; the University of Kent, n.d.). It is anticipated that the development of the above-stated skills would not only support me in achieving success as a team leader but will also enable me in managing any sort of adverse situation with the maximum collaboration of the team members with accelerated teamwork.
Assessment of the Employability Skills by Drawing on Self-Awareness Tools
By taking into concern the provided MBTI result, it can be affirmed that I possess most of the above-identified skills that are required to become an efficient team leader. This can be justified with reference to the fact that as an ISFJ, my focus has been upon making the internal functions to work better, which signifies my communication skills, which I can utilize in motivating other members in my team. Moreover, as an ISFJ, I strongly value cooperation as well as harmony amid the team members, which can further contribute to my team working skills. Being an ISFJ, I like to work with a clear vision, which also enriches my self-confidence about how things will be worked out, providing evidence to leadership skills as well. Finally, with the ability to make effective plans, possessing the qualities of an ISFJ, I always prefer taking feedbacks from others, which has often helped me in developing my planning skills at large (BSM Consulting, Inc., 2014; Wang, n.d.).
Apart from taking into concern the results of MBTI, the “John Hollands Career Theory” can also be considered while assessing my skills, as required to gain success as a team leader. The theory demonstrates six specific personality kinds that entail ‘realistic’, ‘enterprising’, ‘artistic’, ‘conventional’, ‘social’ and ‘investigative.’ Correspondingly, as I am quite realistic, conventional and artistic, I believe that I could develop my above-discussed skills towards becoming a flourishing team leader in the future. For instance, with my realistic features, I view myself as quite practical as well as mechanical and most importantly realistic, which aids me to make effective plans. Being artistic too, I view myself as quite independent and original as well as expressive, which will support me in conducting effective leadership practices through strong communication skills when interacting with others. However, many of my close friends and family members believe that I am quite conventional, as per John Holland’s career theory, which might help me in making judgmental decisions towards the attainment of predetermined targets (Career Key, Inc., 2014).
