Additionally, triangular management utilizes science approach whereby there are different mathematical and scientific operational issues. Triangular management and contingency approach are related in different ways. This is because there are different approaches utilized in management that puts emphasis on practices on different sets of situations and circumstances. Contingency approach emphasizes on organizational success by focusing on different human variables in the business. This is extremely imperative because it assists in making sure that the organization is focused towards attaining its objectives.

It is also imperative to note that triangular management is crucial in improving efficiency. This is because contingency approach is founded upon ideologies that organizing, controlling, planning as well as planning is focused on particular organizational issues (Springer, 2005). To have a successful organization, it is imperative to ensure that there is careful selection of employees as well as training in order to have good performance (Beardwell & Holden, 2001). Therefore, managers are supposed to make sure that they cooperate with their employees by utilizing proper approaches.

This means that work is supposed to be distributed in a responsible manner to all workers. By doing so, it will ensure that proper plans are used and that people execute their responsibilities accordingly. The core values of triangular management is controlling, planning, influencing and organizing. These are also major aspects that affect Contingency approach. This is because; managers should ensure that all their employees are focused towards attaining the goals o f the organization. This can only be achieved by influencing the employees towards dealing with the principal parts of the organization especially input.

Additionally, it is crucial to enhance organizational processes in order to have better output. Contingency approach therefore, is highly linked to triangular management because all these factors will not only ensure that every employee is catered for, but it will enhance adaptability and flexibility. The dissimilar approaches in triangular management will also improve predictability of the organization’s productivity as well as solving different problems (Springer, 2005). Contingency approach is focused on diversifying services, employment and creating new operating units within an organization.

Coupled with triangular management approaches, managers are able to deal with any management issues as well as simplification of decision making. Additionally, managers utilize triangular management to gather information about their business environments. This is why it is crucial to modify behaviour that will reflect knowledge and creativity. Business environment is crucial because it assists managers to know the kind of challenges they will face. By applying the dissimilar approaches in triangular management, people will be able to solve the probable issues with ease and integrity.
