L.A.Sillks company has decided to build a factory on the territory of China to increase revenues and decrease expenditures on shipping, work labor, and manufacture. Shenzhen region looks like a perfect place for building a factory as it is an economically developing and appropriate region. There are many employees ready to work there since silk manufacture requires no special qualification and little practice. There are also examples of foreign businesses effectively operating on the territory of Shenzhen. However, when we decided to get all the information regarding possible business launch it turned out that there are a number of restrictions and limitations connected with Chinese regulations and the way of business conduct. Moreover, communications also presupposes numerous stumbling blocks. Firstly, discussing important issues and achieving all necessary information is possible only in face to face meetings.
