Introduction It is true that global social environment is changing significantly along with the change in several external environmental aspects. It has been identified that women and housewives of several western countries are trying to do job in order to support their families and maintain financial stability bin their family. In addition to this, several women are trying to become independent by getting into job or any work. It is true that social tradition is changing significantly in some western countries.

This article has articulated that the gender role attitudes are becoming less traditional in three countries, such as Norway, Britain and Czech Republic. However, this essay will, review, analyze and summarize the article. Discussion Specifically the mothers of the young children in the cross Western Europe are trying to enter in the labour force in order to support their family. It is true the tradition, culture and social aspect in these European countries are changing significantly. It is true that women employment is rising significantly in countries like, Britain, Norway and Czech Republic.

Most importantly, the percentage of the participation of the male individuals in the domestic work is also increasing along with the growth in women employment rate. However, it is true that several organizations in these countries are recruiting and selecting employees from both cultural backgrounds in order to maintain social and economic sustainability. It is highly important for an individual to earn sufficient money to control his family. It is true that the role of a mother is quite difficult and complex comparing to role of a father.

It is true that several organizations are trying to recruit applicant of both the gender background in order to follow the developed policy by the government. Countries like Czech Republic and Norway has adopted and implemented the concept of duel earner aspect. It actually helps an entire family to maintain sufficient income through which an entire family can maintain standard life style. It is true that, domestic labours were stereotypes during the soviet era. Slowly and gradually, the concept of the single earner concept has started to change in these three countries.

It is true that several countries started to re-modify their social structure. Czech Republic was the least liberal country among these three countries (Glower 75). The women of these countries were known for handling and controlling domestic work. On the other hand, the male members of the families went tot of the home to earn for family. However, the government and the policy makers of Czech Republic saw that the country can bring the social and economic stability in the country if they bring duel earner policy in country.

Slowly and gradually, the old social tradition in these countries started to change and mothers of children started to do job in organizations or in several firms to back the families. Most importantly, the society of these countries started to accept this policy as they experienced that this newly developed policy and tradition is working for their country, community and society quite significantly (Crompton 8). Britain can be considered as one of the developing countries in this world, in terms of social and economical growth rate.

After the industrialization, the knack of women employment started to increase in Britain. Looking into these aspects, several countries also have started to adopt these policies. It helped these nations to ensure women empowerment and women employment in these countries. Most, importantly it helped people to understand the significance of the duel earning aspect. After the Second World War several leading organizations were trying to take the advantage of globalization. Several multinational organizations started to enter in the European countries due to favourable business operation environment.

Britain was the first European country, who took the advantage of this favourable opportunity right after the Second World War (Edgell, 81). The government of Britain significantly tried to develop and implement several favourable policies in the social and economical stricture of the country. On the other hand, the government also started to support the women to go out from their house and start earning. This change in social tradition and concept helped the country to ensure high women employment.

On the other hand, the male members of the families also started to help the women in different types of domestic activities. It actually, helped the nation to achieve potential economic and social growth rate. It is clear from the article that the gender gap in the domestic work and organizational work performances cannot help individual or family members within a society to lead a stabilized and sustainable life. Several philosophers have stated that the women are best managers in this world (Esbroeck 400).

It can be determine from the day-to-day activity of women. Apart from employment, women actually have to handle and control each and every domestic work. It is quite difficult job for an individual to look after and manage all these things quite effectively. However, the mother’s employment percentage started to increase after 1960 as the government of all these three countries understood the significance of the women empowerment and dual earning in the society. However, it is true that several organizations provided equal employment opportunity to men and women.

But, the article has stated that women actually love motherhood and children more comparing to the employment. In addition to this, male members of a family always love to earn money for family rather than helping women members in the domestic works. Conclusion It is clear from above discussion that Britain, Norway and Czech Republic are the developed European countries. The article has stated that slowly and gradually, these three European countries have started to bring women empowerment in the country.

It is true that several organizations in UK are trying to maintain developed policies by the government by providing job opportunity to women employees.
