The company employs unique business models that instill a passion of what the company is, thus opening the door for varied opportunities for franchisers, associates and stakeholders. Marriot Hotel also supports the society in terms of financial contributions and offers volunteer services to its associates. The company trains employees in hospitality and supports society in terms of shelter, food and health of children. Marriott International carries out its business in a suitable manner; thus, the company has an environmental vision of demonstrating its responsibility in the hospitality management.
