This book gives an excellent detail of the necessary, and up to date skills someone will need to become an excellent employee. Organization culture The Organization culture is the philosophy of the organization and the leaders of the organization determine it. Behavior in this context is determined collectively; the collective action of the employees helps to shape the attitude of all employees in the organization. The significant symbol in an organization is the color of the firm, which in most cases has its own meaning.
