Even in this era of increased inflation, rising prices and global economic breakdown, the company is providing excellent services, respect and product quality to the consumers. The organization was founded by Sam Walton and his main goal was to introduce an opportunity to customers that can provide them with high-quality products at a low price.

The company is leading because of its best team of employees who are not only trained but are energetic to accept the challenges related to the market and move on, taking even the most difficult of challenges into account, and not being driven away by them. The Company is doing its part by providing all of its employee’s freedom of expression and opportunities to bring about innovations in the vast system. The company’s employees are open to coming up with new ideas and challenges to improve the company’s future. Teamwork is highly motivating, working according to the rules and regulations and employee respect towards each other is highly significant in the success of the business, and this is the story of Wal-Mart.

The paper also discusses the ups and downs of the company and the competition it has faced, the obstacles that came in its way and then how it came up with the great strength of making the business possible, with the entire challenge and competitive atmosphere.

Sam Walton, the founder of the Wal-Mart store, opened his first discount store in 1962. The goal of the company was to provide the customer with high-quality products at a low price. The business journey started with three launches; Sam’s Club opened in 1984, then the first supercenter and a neighborhood market it 1999. So basically, the company was divided into three segments; Wal-Mart stores, Sam’s club and international openings of the organization, where Wal-Mart was separated as the entire discount store, and superstores and the international organization included all the stores outside the US.
