People who work in the organization should try to bond well with the employees who work there. But it must be kept in mind that when an individual joins an organization he/she does have the feeling of working in the open environment. This freedom of work will boost the confidence of the employees who work in it and with the help of others, they can deliver the work without getting into any sort of egoistic complaints.
