When a company determines its mission and its vision, it needed to determine its objectives to accomplish that vision. I did not see the objectives—where the company was heading through in the presentation. A clear objective would have enabled me, as an audience to also picture where the company would want to go and would serve as the benchmark for me to assess the later strategic choices the company would state in the presentation.
According to the slides, the potential demand for caviar and the sturgeon products are “100x” bigger than the current supply. I would have wanted to see a reliable source for this statistical figure.

The determination of the current demand and supply in the market would help the company determine the effective demand in the market. From this effective demand figure, the company would have determined its objective in order to become the “top supplier of world-class caviar and sturgeon products.” But I did not see these in the presentation.
The global market vas very much emphasized in the presentation. However, before the company would get global, it would be crucial for them to identify where to gather the demands first within the regions they would be able to serve. I found the high cash flows and revenue forecasts therefore hard to believe unless the revenues would be backed by concrete figures from market data in alignment with the company’s objectives.

I think the supply chain determination for the caviar and sturgeon market was inadequate in order for the company to look at the bigger picture. After the producers, there would be the supplier, which Evandale would be one of which, then the customers—the restaurants, chefs, those who were the immediate buyers of the company’s products, but the end of the line would always be consumers.
