By the end of March 2015 the company had developed a sustainable network available in 55 countries and up to 200 cities worldwide.Communication between the customer and the taxi services is through the use of the mobile app whereby the customer request for a trip via his phone and the most convenient taxi is available for them in the shortest duration possible.

The safety of customers money is ensured since payment of transport fee is through the app.On placing a request for pick-up the drivers are notified on the official Uber mobile append they are provided information on where the client is, to accept the request the driver has 15 seconds to tap the mobile to confirm acceptance (Rusli, 2014).Driver prior accident cases are reviewed before being placed fit for operating the cub. This is to ensure the safety of the customers riding on these cubs.Our main objective is to ensure that our clients’ safety comfort and timely services at their time of need with the best prices in the regions.

The company has had major accusation of its taxi driver being involved in sexual harassment of the customers. In a bid to cub the menace the company has developed something called the “God view.” This is instrument now allows the view of the taxi drivers at actions and direction at any time while on duty.Creation of awareness to the customers is our fundamental goal to ensure that our customers feel safe with riding on the Uber taxi services all over the world. The new invention intends to use google applications to navigate along the paths to the desired destinations (Jackson, 2010).The major questions that we as Uber Company are trying to answer are:Do you risk your life riding on unknown taxi services?Is it safe when a third party is watching what happens in the cub?Is the convenience of the service favorable?
