Thank you for the letter that we received on 14/1/2015 with the subject of a complaint on the conditions of our plants on delivery. We do accept the responsibility of the fault on the delivery of the wilted and dry plants and wish to inform you that we are committed in ensuring this does not reoccur as we are strongly focused on delivering quality plants to our esteemed customers. We wish to extend and offer our sincere apologies for the inconveniences that you have undergone since the delivery of the faulty, wilted and dry plants.
On that note, we wish to inform you that as a show of good faith we of our reputable company, we are willing to offer a replacement of the faulty plants that our company delivered to you. Our company will require the delivery note that came with the plant for the logistical purposes to be attached to the letter of complain that you sent. Once you have given as the delivery note, it will take three days to have your replacement.
We are very appreciative for your boldness to complain for the faulty plants. We do encourage our customers to be giving as feedbacks not only for the goodness of our product but also the negatives that to enable as better the quality of our product. We are committed to better our delivery services and the quality of our plants to ensure they are perfect. Once again we are very thankful for your letter and we look forward for better business relationship in future.
