According to the journal, apart from the ASO, the Factora also helps most of the companies that seek them. As much as there might be problems associated with communication and client welfare, Factora has enabled most of these companies to solve these problems. They help them to control the proper use of money by norm tightening, to have business control over the clients, how to deal with new demands in the market, give those ideas on how not to give up but have another try when communication becomes so hard and a guide on how to find lost or disconnected data among others (Fulk et al, 1991).

The major theory emphasized in this chapter is the theories of Excellence andEffectiveness in Public Relations and Communication Management. Most people have supported the fact that public relations can only contribute to the wellbeing of an organization by reconciling their strategic constituencies and its goals. This will help to build long term relationships and quality within the organization. This will only be effective when the senior public relations manager is capable of implementing the goals of the organization and above all identify the major strategy of the external public (Fulk et al, 1991).

ConclusionI agree with Clampitt's’ idea that communication is the most element of managerial effectiveness. The peer review of this journal has made me fully aware of the fact that many challenges are involved in this field. Among these challenges is the breakdown of communication systems, information, acquisition of feedback, innovation, and channels of communication. As a matter of fact, most organization takes it that communication only deals with information and data management which is not the case (Clampitt 2013).

RecommendationManagers should undergo thorough training on communication skills, access their abilities to communicate effectively and have knowledge on how to deal with challenges involved. The factory has solutions to most of the above-named challenges. Through it, most organizations have succeeded.Proper strategies and plans should be put in place to ensure success in implementation. Communication management should be a consideration as the origin and cause of strategy and process rather than being seen as only dealing with information and data management (Clampitt 2013).
