Team structure works best for me as a leader. It is a structure in which an organization is composed of teams, and each team labor towards a mutual goal (Winkler, 45). Chain of command lacks hence teams decide the most effective and efficient way to perform their duties and still achieve. 2. The characteristic that I consider most important is the first one that highlights flexibility. As leader flexibility is important in any organization.  3. In the analysis of the technique, the white hat will be exploring the past historical data of the students who learned at the school and way of life before the internship.

The red hat may involve how stakeholders may respond emotionally. In black hat will look at the negative side of pressuring the internship plan and foreseeable problems that may originate. Through yellow and green that will explore optimism and creative ways the plan sets. Finally, the blue hat ensures stakeholders involvement to implement the program. This approach is of importance as it ensures decisions are made in a rational and positive viewpoint in a plan.
