Jane Johnson Vice President, Malvory Corporation, Private Bag, Bermuda. All Employees Malvory Corporation, Bermuda. 25th September, Dear EmployeesRE: ETHICS AND WORK PERFORMANCE It has come to my attention that the junior managers and the other employees in the lower ranking levels of the company are having several issues with the work performance and execution of ethics of the senior managers. It is an open secret that the company has not been very keen on ethics and ethical issues surrounding the employees and the customers and general and this has not only raised issues but is leading to negative reviews of the company and the lack of discipline.

The other issue is in regards to work performance generally where some of the people are lacking the motivation to work because of the leadership or lack of it therefore. The management differences are indeed brought about by the generational differences which lead to difference in prioritizing and opinion. The experiences also are different and hence leading to different outcome and implications. The relationship between the senior managers and the rest of the lower ranking employees will start changing from now henceforth.

It is with mutual agreement that the junior managers will be given more responsibilities to monitor performance of the other employees to prepare them for senior managerial positions. Ethics will be strictly enforced and will form the basis of performance and transactions. Communication channels between the employees and senior management will be opened up to reduce the differences and take the company to a higher more successful level of performance. Yours faithfully,Jane Johnson,Vice President.
