They developed high technological chips for computer hardware industries, like Intel chips are used by Dell, HP-Compaq, Sony and many more. They produced high quality of chips to satisfy their buyers. So it is very important of Intel to maintain good relationship with their buyers. Their main strategy to fulfill the desire needs of computer hardware industry by maintain good relation with them. However, Intel not only produces chips for their buyers, they also produces microprocessor, networking communication and many more which are require to build a perfect computer system (Intel, 2014). Intel has developed many business strategies for their long term goal. Through these strategies they are achieving their business target and enchaining their sale revenues. They are maintaining good relationship with their buyers by supplying different product for computer hardware industries like microprocessors, chip and many more. The product of Intel has high speed and better in quality, even though the prices of products are very attractive to the buyers. This strategy of Intel is known as product strategy. This make Intel unique in semi conductor industry and it counts as big player of this industry. Intel is big brand in semi conductor industry and one of the best suppliers for computer hardware industry. Intel’s products are distributed to all large corporations like Dell, HP-Compaq and many more. They also even target small and medium business, which comes in to their customer strategy. Market Strategy of Intel also aids to achieving their long term goal of their business. Since, computer hardware industry is huge market and spread all over the world. Intel is dealing well in this strategy by collaboration with many small and large vendors. Sales strategy is major factors for all business. It helps all business to enhance their growth in to the market. To make better most companies deals their sales over internet since internet is better communication tool for current generation and more relevant and efficient. Through this companies inform their customers about their products and services and via internet the buyers purchase their product or service. it helps both parties to save their time and money. However, Intel is also doing same strategy to enhance their sales and building strong bond with their buyers. According me, the best long term strategy is using by Intel is customer and product strategy. Since, the world evolving and new technologies are arriving day by day and replacing old ones. To achieve long term goal of any business, the company should understand the desire need of their customers or buyers, so the company can develop new product according to the market demand. It is very important for Intel too, since there are in semi conductor industry and this industry rapidly changing with new technologies to make computer hardware industry more efficient. So the Intel should focus on their both customer and product strategies to achieve their long term goal. Corporate Level Strategy of Intel Intel is the largest semi-conductor manufacturer of the world. The company is based in Santa Clara, California in the United States of America. It is the most value company in the semi-conductor industry based on its revenue and earnings. To better frame it Intel is majorly in to the manufacturing of chipsets and motherboard for computers. They have recently ventured into the mobile phones with designing processors for mobile handsets. The corporate strategy remains in their corporate responsibility which creates value with their stakeholders. This in return helps them manage their business more efficiently and also identify different ways to apply their technology to benefit the environment and the society at large (Intel Annual Report, 2013). Their belief is that they can apply their innovation and experience to help enhance vitality productivity, address discriminating natural difficulties, for example, environmental change, and enhance training access and quality around the world.
