Different ethnic group have different cultures and attitudes as well as social structures and this affects the way they conduct business. A look at the United States of America and Latin America indicates that there are very conspicuous social and cultural differences that differentiate the way they do business. With regard to cultural differences, the Latin culture in business has an inward looking culture where the business partners tend to stress more on the loyalty among the partners. With regard to them, inside cohesiveness is important in that they want to guarantee that there are no betrayals within business. Apart from these attitudes of loyalty and brotherhood in a business, they also tend to have a sense of fair competition which is achieved through agreeing with the competitors and setting the standard of competition.
