Business Behavior; Samsung Galaxy S4 Pricing Business Behavior; Samsung Galaxy S4 pricing With the current technological trends in the mobile markets, the global Samsung Galaxy S4 pricing is gradually becoming more and more affordable for mobile users. The emergence of Samsung Galaxy S5 around the globe has led to the reduction of Samsung Galaxy S4 prices (Schwartz 2013, 57). More users of mobile phones have now the chance to purchase their dream phones. In the coming months and years, the pricing system of the Samsung Galaxy S4 will most definitely drop even more.

Currently, mobile users can purchase the mobile phone at a discount. Samsung Galaxy S4 pricing varies depending on the nation the device is sold (Schwartz 2013, 57). Just like any other product in the market, Samsung Galaxy S4 pricing criteria were done in consideration of various aspects. There are several variables, which the device company has to consider before determining the pricing options of the gadget. One of the main issues that the company considers during the determination of the pricing system is the aspect of protecting consumer interests.

In this case, the mobile company has to understand the consumer behaviours in the market before deciding the pricing system of the product (Courcoubetis 2003, 36). The aspect of consumerism and ethics comes in handy during the pricing system. Samsung Company considers ethics during the pricing process. The satisfaction aspect by the consumers and in this case the Samsung Galaxy S4 users is also put under consideration. The other factor that the company considers during the pricing process is the potential usage situation by the consumers of the device.

Alternatively, the Samsung Galaxy S4 considers some of the factors, that would cause customers' commitment to the company and in this case, to the Samsung Galaxy brand. The ability of the Samsung Galaxy S4 to perform better than some of the alternative brands is also considered during the pricing process. External influences play a key role in determining the pricing process of the mobile device. In doing this, mobile marketers have to consider if the segment holds different values that relate to the pricing aspect.

Some of these aspects include conspicuous consumption or the aspect of credit. Alternatively, the mobile company has to consider whether the segment has sufficient income, especially after covering expenses. In some cases, the company also puts a consideration on lowering the price of the device to allow the device to fetch sufficient relative advantage for diffusion. The aspect of whether the pricing criteria and in this case temporary pricing reductions will induce the product trial (Courcoubetis 2003, 47).

The pricing system by the Samsung Company is also done in consideration of situational influences and internal influences. In the internal influences aspect, the company mostly considers whether the price will be perceived or seen as a status indicator or not. Alternatively, the company considers whether the current markets and economy can purchase the said product relevant to its lifestyle or not. Lastly, Samsung Galaxy S4 pricing depends on whether the segment perception pricing is reasonable enough for the product.
