This company is the leading accounting firm providing tax, auditing and consulting services. The KSM Company is considered as a large accounting firm in Indiana as is provides advisory, consulting and technology services to many industries across the world. The company is known for its world-class business leaders who manage its operations. The KSM Company’s statement is to help its clients to achieve success.

In order to achieve the company’s mission all the professional are guided by some principles which includes; integrity, lifetime relationships, good quality, responsiveness to the needs of the clients, success of employees and the embracement of entrepreneurial style. The professionals respect each other visions and ideas and this promotes the long life relationships. The entire professionals are expected to be honesty in their dealings. Innovativeness is also encouraged amongst employees in order to improve the qualities of services offered (KATZ SAPPER & MILLER 5).

Katz policy of having partners for life but not just clients means to listen to the clients ideas and visions in order to have a long time partnership which promotes the company’s name. KSM Accounting Company offers the best customer services across that country which satisfies the clients’ needs. The services offered by KSM include; transparent transactions, advice on the correct accounting and reporting procedures, correct valuations and consulting services. The company promotes the use of business technology and intelligence in dealing with the clients.

The company advises the clients on the best ways of assessing their business performance in order to determine its future growth. It also gives directions to its clients on organizational restructuring for improvements in their performance. Sales and marketing procedures are also taught by the company to its clients (KATZ SAPPER & MILLER 7). KSM Accounting Company focuses on building and construction companies, the emerging businesses, government parastatals, health institutions and other alternative investments.

It provides consulting services to these target groups by advising them on how to prepare financial reports, how to invest and how to restructure their organizations for improvements. The company offers a wide range of tax planning and compliance services to meet the needs of its clients. Tax treatment of KSM Accounting Company employees’ incomes is always dependent on their practice at work. This makes the company remain the best in treating its workers amongst other accounting firms in that country according to Cathy Langham and Jeff Smulyan. The future business growth target for the company is to expand its markets and provide better services to its clients for a lifetime.
