Types of resources In order to enhance its image, EA offered more attention to its tangible resources and so it recruited extremely talented and knowledgeable staff within the organization. These resources are extremely essential for the organization so as to invent new product lines and so they are regarded as unique (Allen & et.al, 2011). Ethical and social responsibility issues An organization like EA might suffer from the issues of illegal usage of software within an online game or video game and unofficial copying of games.

Such an act might enhance the threats and risks of the organization thereby declining its image and business relationship in the market among others. However, it might be resolved only by confessing it among the customers and presenting them with a better one. Stakeholders of EA The prime stakeholders with which, the organization of EA are directly related are the director, employees, customers, suppliers and the community. So the organization needs to maintain a good relationship with all these stakeholders in order to retain its image and profitability in the market.
