Commercial Cleaning New York is presently operating in one of the major economic hubs of the US, and it has been able to attain a strong business position and reputation based on its service quality delivered to growing businesses in New York. The company has been able to achieve new contracts as new businesses emerged in the State. However, the company has not expanded its operations in any other US state and it has concentrated only on providing cleaning services to businesses. One of the business opportunities that the company may have is to expand its operatives in her tats. (Marketdata Enterprises Inc., 2012). The commercial cleaning services industry in the US has surpassed $78bn. Before the recent financial crisis, the industry was growing at a steady rate of 5-7% which was negatively affected by the economic difficult times. However, the industry is showing signs of revival and therefore new opportunities are emerging in the US. The leading competitors in the industry are ABM Industries, UGL UNI, CCO and Vanguard etc., but they are compactable to generate reasonable business and earnings (Marketdata Enterprises Inc., 2012). One of the major segments of the commercial services industry is carpet & upholstery cleaning, which has also grown significantly in the last 10 years (C. Barnes & Co., 2010). This is one of the services Cleaning Services New York is presently offering and therefore, analysis of the market in other states would be essential and beneficial for future business expansion plans.

Purpose of Report

The purpose of the proposed report is to develop a business plan for Cleaning Services New York for expansion of its business in other US States.

The business plan would incorporate as a segment of different assistances expansion opportunities available to the company and possible outsee to rerouting company’s business in other US states. This would incorporate several steps for preparation of the business plan including initial investment requirement, industry analysis, marketing analysis, sales and promotion strategies, and financial plan including profitability analysis, NPV, and projected financial statements.

Possible Expansion Approaches

Cleaning Services New York has been operating as a fully licensed cleaning and maintenance company under the family banner. Members of a family own financial interests in the company. There are two possible options available to the company for carrying on with its business plan for expansion in other US states.
