General guidelines

1. All decisions made by an employee/director shall be in the best interest of the Company; thus, any action that may result in a conflict of interest with the Company should be avoided.

2. Acceptance of gifts or anything valuable from customers, suppliers, or competitors will not be tolerated as this might compromise the business decisions that must be made.
3. The assets of the Company must be protected and must be used according to their intended use and not for any personal benefits.
4. The organizational culture calls for open and honest communication among the employees and management making sure that they have the right to voice out their opinions without fear of retaliation from anyone.
