The employees working on the campus have a facility where they can have free food any time they want, they can give their clothes for dry cleaning and can use the gym to maintain their health (Emerson, 2012). The employees have the facility that they can work on their idea in the 20% of the time that is allocated for them to become innovative and do whatever they want so that they can expand as well.

Google allows employees to take leave for a year or two without being paid, but this way they can try to launch their idea (Emerson, 2012). The company gives all the employees special attention and apart from basic benefits, some other benefits are also given to the employees that are on-site medical facilities, Japanese washrooms, swimming pools, conference bikes, free haircuts, ball pits etc (Emerson, 2012)
