This is a reflection paper for the article “A Push for More Loans: Credit Unions Aim to Raise Lending Cap, Say banks Aren’t Doing Enough. This article describes the push by credit unions to get congress to allow them to provide more loans to small businesses. For this matter, credit union lobbyists have been gunning for an increase in the total amount of assets they can lend to businesses. However, community banks have been gravely against this move despite the fact that its popularity has been gaining ground in congress.

The benefit from the article is that it provides as with two points of views; that of credit unions and that of community banks. This allows the reader to make their own decision as to who is right and who0 is wrong.
